as best i know - this is nothing new. E-cigz has been skirting the law since 2009 when HC put in the ban. Unless i missed something, im not sure how they managed to do it up to this point. I would be curious to hear what electronic-cigz has to say though.

The same way we all do. Put up a website and hope for the best. No secrets really.
I doubt you will hear from a guy who just had his business worked over, and is going to want to get off HC radar as soon as possible.
Sad thing as a repeatable business, providing accountability and customer service like in this case, you make yourself a bigger target. Get a disposable cell and list overpriced junk on Craigs with no intend of repeat business or providing a quality product and you are near untouchable.
I might be saying more than I should to possibly attract attention myself, but what we have here is a flock of sheep (the vapors) and a wolf (HC) hiding in the woods right beside them. I'm the Border Collie here, time to give the warning bark, as I can't fight off the threat singlehandedly.
I spent some time this evening drafting a letter to my MP. Before I send it, I have shared it with some people I trust involved with advocacy in the US.
I'll gladly share the revised letter once complete.
If you are going to stomp on saving lives, I'm going to fight like hell.
Once the letter is posted, I plan on doing a public reading on youtube, and tweeting/facebooking it to all MP's. Viral is the way to go. I would appreciate all those with youtube channels to not only repost said video, but also post video responses.
Letters are great, but we need them to HEAR our voices, and SEE our faces.

Was already thinking of my video response yesterday great plan Born.Also think working with the reps in the states great plan because I know if a decision goes either way on our side of the boarder or theres the other side will follow suit.Lets not take this sitting down guys we have to fight for our right to vape.

The Dr's vids are farther down the list. There's about 5 or 6 excerpts from a longer interview that I believe was recorded via Skype. Definitely some good press in there, if they were ever to get coverage.
If someone writes up something good to send, I'll gladly put my name to it and email and snail mail it to my MP. I just suck at writing things like that from scratch.

Its more the point of the letter itself. Please dont anyone feel intimidated that they are not a scientist or dont have alphabet soup after their name, or that they have to form the perfect argument. This a cut and dry issue, THIS IS A FAR BETTER OPTION THAN CIGARETTES, and for some of us, the only option.
