I have had a battery/charger problem with my xpower 900 and according to litecigusa I'm only the second problem with the xpower. At first I had one battery that would charge and the lights on the battery are suppose to flash when you attach it to the charger. My second battery did nothing and wouldn't charge. Sent it back and got another battery and it worked for a couple of charges and then nothing. Now they think its the charger. I had a similar problem with my Rivas, which came from vaporjunction and Travis didn't want to take any chances so he replaced the batteries and charger plus he shipped me a new set before I had to send my current one back..Wonderful service. I don't like.."send yours in and then we will send you another one when we receive it" to much down time. I doubt there are to many ripoffs on these purchases. Plus the vendor could just get the credit card info and if the defective item was not returned they could charge you for it. Now I have to send my one charger that charges my one good Xpower battery back, which means I will be without my Xpower for 4,or 5 days. I'm thinking of just ordering a new battery and charger and then sending the defective ones back. I love the xpower that much.
I have a KR808D-1 and Rivas I could use I guess. I would like people to post if they have failures, or defects with thier Xpowers to see if it gets as bad as the Rivas were.

Well both my batteries charge great. In fact, for a 900mAh battery used 15 hours non-stop (practically), put on the charger, it's fully charged in under 2 hours.
I do, however, have a sticky button on one of the batteries. Now, I won this set in a contest, so I can't complain. However, I've noted someone else who had a set with sticky buttons also. I can tell you that continued use helped free it up some, but it still sticks once every 10 pushes or so. It used to stick every other push.

I recently ordered 2 more sets of the Xpower and an extra battery (to replace mine with the sticky button). I'll let you know how these are next weekend when they arrive.

I picked up my Xpower 900c over a month ago, and it's still going strong. What a workhorse. I don't know how they compare with the 510 ( I only started vaping last month) but the M301/601 cartomizers that came with this are very tasty and long lasting.

Have also been using an atomizer with this w/ the "brass screen" cart mod - works especially nice with the vg juices I've tried so far.

Thanks Paul and Jackal for your reviews, which led me to taking a chance on this one.

my replacement set seemed to be working fine until a couple of days ago and one of the batteries is being very difficult trying to get it charging. I clean the contacts even they they are clean and it takes a few attempts at screwing it on and off before the lights flash and it starts charging. Like the Riva was when it came out there were issues that have been resolved. I love the xpower, but if this fails again I will not replace it.....

I've noticed on some of the larger battery types (not Xpower specific), that you may have to attach the cable to the battery first, then attach the cable to a PC usb or wall charger. I have a Vgo that I have to do this to for it to charge. Once I do it this way the battery charges fine. I have another cable for another version that has what seems to be a touch wire. I have to hold, turn, twist the battery on the end just right for the light to turn red to charge. Otherwise it glows purple (not blue as if charged, not red as if charging).

I've also noticed I have to screw on, screw off (wait a few seconds), then screw back on the battery to the charger cable for it to activate the light to red (charging). As far as I know, even the KR808D and other battery types/styles occasion to have this glitch.

My Xpower chargers have been excellent working, however.

I know all about screwing the battery on first and then plugging it in. I've done it that way from the beginning

So I got an XPower 900C from Jackal3 and I have used it for a few days. Battery life is awesome, I went out of my way to vape way more than I normally would (my wife was not buying the “ Honey, I am doing it for a review” line) and I had no issues, the batteries also charge pretty darn quickly. With a full day of vaping I had a fully charged battery in just under 2 hours. I also received cartomizer, and atty and some carts.
Looks-Very sexayyy, I like that the end and manual button both light up, I LOOOVVE the “rubberized” texture of the battery, it feel great in your hand. I like the recessed “ring” around the battery button as well. The button has a good a ”click” which provides a great tactile feel when pressed. The button is a bit wiggly but I actually like it better that way. It looks very well put together.

Functionality-Well it does what it says, the battery last a VERY long time, I have not used the carts a lot so I cannot comment on those, but the cartomizers seem to hold a good bunch of juice and the cap, like Jackal3 had mentioned is rather difficult to remove, it is a very snug fit. But they are easily refilled once it is removed. I was pulling pretty good on them and I had to keep going in order to get any type of “off” taste to indicate it was drying out faster than it could keep up, I waited a few minutes then went right back to vaping off it with no issue. Over the course of 12 hours, I may had to top off the carto twice, totaling maybe 7 drops. TONS of vapor, I was surprised when I was watching football and I happened to take a good vape, well the TV disappeared behind the very thick cloud of vapor. TH is great on this device, I guess a lot of it depends of what juice your running, but for me, it was just what I was looking for.

Issues-None so far but I have only had it a few days, I have read about chargers and possibly batteries not working any longer. I have not had this happen to me, I screw in the battery, both lights blink three times, both lights on the chargers turn red and when it is done charging, the light on the USB turns green.

The cart on this thing is tall, it is a juice hog-the good kind. I had tried the ADM mod and had close to 20 drops in before I had to put in the plug material. I also dripped right onto the atty and that was like a religious experience for sure, I do not have a drip tip, so I went to You Tube and saw some videos on it, I ended up doing a Killerkpd-kitchen-junk drawer drip tip mod which seems to work pretty well. The bridge on the 301 is very good size, I added 3 drops, got 9 very healthy drags of wonderful vapor as a result. My wife again giving me the “hairly eyeball” seeing me drip into this thing for a good part of the afternoon. She must have thought it was drugs or something…..

I tried vaping with the cone off, but the “resistance” was not there for me so I prefer to keep it on.

So I give the XPower 900c 2 thumbs up!!

I am loving my Xpower 900c so far. I have had it for about 18 hrs as of writing this, and no issues whatsoever so far. Still on the first battery, kinda swapping between the prefilled cartos, and my blanks+atomizer filled with two diff juices.
No charging issues, both batteries appear to be fully charged when I got them, no button sticking, no other issues.
Will be sure to repost after I have some more time with it under my belt (got a couple more juice flavors comin too)
I do notice that the battery does have a hole in the end, I guess that means I probably shouldnt be doing the direct drip method huh?

Works fine, maybe even better than the M301 or M601 batteries. I haven't tried cartomizers and based on my experience with other kinds (cartomizers) I would recommend this with the atomizer-carts. Still looking for adapters both ways for this threading 510 batt to M301 atomizer and M301 battery to 510 atomizer. Hopefully it's just coincidence that I've popped two atomizers using it lately. You get spoiled with the life span of these atomizers compared to the 510, and they work better than those in every way until they die.

The Xpower cartomizes are fantastic. Each holds about 1.3-1.6ml of juice. I pre-fill about 10 and keep them in my travel bag. Best way to get the cap off without destroying the hole is to use the metal clip piece off one of those binder paper clips... the ones that have two keyhole pieces of metal wire that close the black plastic pieces to hold many pieces of paper together. I use the medium sized one and it works great.

I just got my Xpower 900. Nice pv, I'm enjoying so far. I decided to get the cartomizer cone and a box of cartos as well to give them a try. Does any one know if the m601c carto is the exactly the same as the ones being sold with the xpower? They look the same to me but I just saw on my supplier's webpage that they are selling the m601c's for $2 less than the xpowers and claiming that the xpower's are larger. I'm still trying to decide whether I prefer the cart and atty or the carto. I find the cart a bit small but that's probably because I've been using a m201 for the last year. Wish they would stick an m201 on an xpower 900 batt and I'd be a happy camper. Happy vaping : )
