Just tossing this up as idea fodder before I gut it for parts...not super happy how the copper tube turned out...cramming an OKR/trim/switch/meter/RCA/conn into a 5" chunk of 3/4 copper pipe was a major PITA...the Xbox PSU is awesome to work with though.

Its just a normal xbox psu, I just painted it with some hammered copper paint and fab'd a chunk of brass plate for the front face

Even better on a monitor, the button and knob are nice accents, more stuff on the PSU faceplate maybe (screws or rivets or...)? Are you thinking of doing a portable battery pack or plugged into an outlet?

edit: Is that rustoleum or krylon, and is it spray or liquid? I may have to use this someday

I used spray rustoleum

And the possible ideas are why I posted this...come on guys, grab your kids X box psu and start carving it up, lol...I'm sure they'll understand
