XL Batt problem

My new xl batt dosnt fit any of the cartos I have. Ive tried them all even ones from another place. Can someone tell how to fix this? Do I need a new batt?

Some of the new batts had a thread problem...quick fix try LIGHTLY rubbing with sandpaper around threads til it works.Or you can use them metal things you clean pots and pans with forgot name...hope this works.

I think Dale's talking about steel wool and it might help. You might also look at the center post, inside the threads, and make sure that it's flush with the top of the threads and move it up a bit if it's not.

If nothing works email Customer Service and they will get you fixed up with a replacement.
