xl manual battery volatage?

The xl manual battery is 380 mah, but
what is the voltage on the xl manual battery? 3.7 volts like the 510?

that's what I thought. I was just wondering why I've heard some people say a Joye 510 battery is stronger than KR808D-1 batteries, because a Joye 510 battery is also 3.7 volt, just like the XL Manual Battery.

From my understanding the KR808 runs at 4.2 for a short bit (after a full charge), then goes down to 3.7 until it's time to charge again (3.2 volts for the last 5-10 puffs I think). The 510 runs at 3.2 actually, not 3.7.
