Is there anything for an XL PCC? I started with normal batts and was recommended XL batts because I love to vape all day. The XL batts normally last me 2 carts and i go through 2-3carts a day.

I searched the best i could but "XL" and "PCC" are not the best things to search for :)

I noticed that the shorties were popping up. and was wondering if i'm behind on the XL Lovin.

I am a guy and the XLs make me feel a lil uhhhhhh Rainbowrific? but i love the life of them and i actually wear one around my neck when i am at work and tuck it under my uniform when i go into the hospitals :) it also makes for easy access when i'm on one of the trucks.

I wanted to find a possible PCC for it since i find myself spending 24-48hrs at my station and not always around a charging point. So something that i could throw in my bag would of been awesome.

I can tell you this much. It's real real easy to remove the guts from a pcc and reattach them in a case you like or that suits your purposes better. It's held in by the rolled metal edge and some 2-sided foam tape.

goooo on...................

lol i was hoping with a longer case for an XL V4L could add some extra juice in there too mwaha...

I might have to play with my case and see what i can find out, "OHHHH STEVE!!!! MY PCC IS BROKE!!!!" J/k bad joke for the rampant haters out there bashing V4L right now.... V4L REVOLUTION!

He is right, it is very easy. Be careful though, the wires are very thin.

I removed the guts of a PCC to transplant into an XL case. When I pulled a bit too hard against the double sided tape, I broke the red wire from the solder joint. Now, I have no idea what the red wire was soldered to and I refuse to pull apart my good PCC to compare (I like it too much) :)

I can get you pics of the dissected PCC Thurs if you (or anyone else) wanna see what the guts consist of.

A few thoughts:
  • If you go already have a PCC, and you only go through 2-3 carts a day; then do you really need an XL? A regular battery should do you fine all day at that rate; and fit in the PCC. In fact, you could prolly get by with a shortie. The question is, would you still feel rainbowriffic?
  • Back to your idea, I am looking at my PCC, ad imagining it longer. Long enough to house an XL. And, it seems to me, that the additional length would also create space for 3 additional cartos. So you could carry 5 cartos in the XL PCC.
Although I do not use the XL bats, that difference would be cool for me as I am a chronic flavor switcher, and would like to have a 5-pack when I'm "oot and aboot".
Good idea gamer, thanks.

My issue fell into the fact that i found myself sometimes working 24-48hrs and never seeing an outlet. Illegal yes... good money.... YES!

So the XL batter would last me if i had to drive from Virginia to New York or something... and yes as an EMT we HAVE done transports like that... People have to get to other hospitals somehow :p
