Unplug the charger, take the batteries out , then put the batteries back in (being sure that the +and- are correct) and plug the charger back in...Let them charge for at least 4 or 5 hours no matter what the light does and try again...I like to charge the batts one at a time so I know what is really going on with em...Thanks
