A very rudimentary google search for "xs-18 silica" turned up a few sources, including a company called omega that supplies it.

Yes you are correct a google search will point you to a distributor. How ever I don't feel like lying to purchase this stuff.
I should have clarified my question better. As in does anyone know any vape shops carrying this?
