Plus ten billion. WHY can't they give us a visual indicator of battery power? Or a way to easily test it (like tapping the button or three quick draws on an auto) that blinks the LED once for every 20% of battery power it has left?

I know some have these features, or digital readouts, but most of those are shapes and sizes I've no interest in.

There is an eGo model that has an LED that will display the battery life. Some VV/VW devices will do that (provari, darwin, lavatube, vmax, zmax, the new eGo VV, etc). I think, with the exception of the eGo models mentioned above, most devices that have this functionality are $50+. Of course you aren't paying that much just because of that. To be honest, I wonder if original designers over-looked a good feature, or perhaps it rose cost too much, or perhaps it rose the failure rate of the device higher, or maybe even size was a factor in not including battery indicators.

4 of everything......

+1 Today at work I have my VMOD (+2 batteries), 2 ego minis and 2 ego twists (1,000 mah). Plus 3 cartos and 1 atty. Plus the several bottles of juice I carry everywhere. That should do!

Thank God I'm a chick and can carry a big 'ol purse. I don't know what I would do if I were a guy. I pity you all, really, I do. ;-)

We just devote extra pocket space to them. Wallet? Naw, I can get by without. Keys I can carry in my teeth. :)

No, I don't know how it feels.. I NEVER take that chance! I have had other things quit working.. once while an hour and a half from home, my carto tank flooded and I had to vape holding it straight up to keep the juice away from the hole LOL. I once had an atty die while driving to work and had to wait till I got home that evening to vape again (that was way back when I used attys and was a dripper)

I learned my lesson on a beach in Antigua. My wife & I were on a cruise & I lost my eGo with one of those ego mega dual coil cartomizers on it & the battery quit on my other eGo. I had to wait a few hours for the taxi to pick us up & take us back to the ship. I had only started vaping a month before. Fortunately I had the backup batteries & a charger on the ship. I took 4 eGos with me.

One thing though, if you're gonna lose a battery, I can't think of a better place to do it!
