Thanks for that info, mud. My passthru has been working fine on the PC and seems to perform about the same as the self powered hubs I have, but you have made me a little scared now o.0 I guess I should just stick to the standalone hubs.

I'm not going to say don't use your computer USB port, but I could say that if your looking at continuously using it as a power supply for an ecig, you might want to think of looking into investing in a powered hub. There cheap, and very useful, not a waste of dollars in the slightest.
