YAY Got my Riva but need cartridge help!

Finally got my RIVA, all the pieces are there, even the 20ml of juice I order.

The cartridges(10) came empty, no filler, filter etc.

I know about the poly-fill(planning on making a trip to pet store anyway for my ginea pigs

Now question: Foam, where and what should I look for? Don't want to put something in there to make him or me sick. Thought I make couple of them to make bf happy when he is out most of the day.

Thought somebody mention it somewhere in the newbie area, went back 10 pages and couldn't find it.

Any links, info etc would be appreciate.

I would be leary of using foam from a pet store. This is where I get it from.

if you get it from the pet store you can get the blue foam. it's called marineland ritesize U. it looks like a sleeve and comes in a pack of 3. when you get home, wash it. cut the pieces to a wider width than the cartridge.

And it looks like the same stuff at the petstore I'd bet he just breaks into smaller quantities and repackages.

def get the rite size U...... it will say it on the top left side i think. lol... u will only need one because u get alot of filling from the bag. lol... unless you wana become a supplier and sell people little pieces at a ridiculous price...lol.. all my carts are modded in one way or another. my favorites are still the blue foam ones. (from the pet store) not all supplies need to come from vape vendors.... i get my juice bottles from the dollar store my blue foam from pet value my atty cleaner at the liquor store and some nice carrying and storage containers from wal mart...lol

there a few dif ways to do it. some use a straw and less foam. but this vidio shows you the foam to get...

I'm thinking about giving the Fluval Water Polishing filter stuff (haha...how very "technical" I am today) a try for my Mega carts. I just use plain old polyfil for the regular carts. It's cheap and it works just fine for me.

After all day running around doing weekly shopping and getting what I needed for ecig.

All the adults in the house tried it and agree with me. PG don't taste right and more like bourbon(I ordered Cappuccino and lowest mg 26.) We gagged on the strength plus we all gain a small head rush just from one hit. So I ran over to Hobby Lobby and pick up some glycerin*added some water* to dilute the strength as well. It taste a tad bit better. Did the math and everybody is happy at 18mg.

Good thing when I order from Gourmet Vapor I order the flavored ejuice at 26mg but dbl the flavoring 50PG/50VG and dilute it to 18mg 25PG/75VG.

Now that all done........I can go to the HAPPY TRAIL OF VAPING!

I have never messed with the foam yet... but I noticed you only have 20ml of juice... You better order some like NOW, lol. That won't last long... Most vapers use 2 to 3ml per day...

Just saying as you do not want to run out right when you are getting into it...

Way ahead of ya sweetie, order total of 90ml of flavored and 120ml of unflavored one(for DIY) yesterday. lol
And I confess I was stalking ECF for almost 2 wks before joining.
I'm a closet nerd and DIY kinda gal.
