Hello Everyone,

I've been off the stanks for 6 weeks now, I will say I had no intention of quitting I just happened to run into someone with a V2 so I gave it a shot.
I was a believer that you had to want to quit to actually do so and if this worked for someone like me (PAD smoker) who really didn't want to than everyone
can if you give it a try.

As you can see I haven't posted yet I really enjoy doing all the research myself so I would like to thank all the ole timers for all of their wise advice, I wouldn't be this far without you.

$600 in playing around with a lot of junk because I didn't start at ECF first has led me to this conclusion.
You can read threads until your dizzy about what is the "best" but I will say everything is subjective and its up to you to find what works.
All this great advice you read on ECF will steer you away from the junk and get you in the ball park to find quality products and it's up to you from there.

If you don't mind tinkering just a little bit spend 5 minutes learn the basics of Ohms Law and get yourself a VV device. There's nothing like finding your sweetspot. You will end up at that point or beyond anyway. Save your cash.

juice that costs $1 a ml is often no better than something that costs $.25 a ml. Trust your vendor!!
I live near STL and we have a good 10 or more B&M stores here. The place I bought my juice from I thought was very nice($.83 a ml), then I learned about pg/vg.
I went in paid for some juice and b/c I saw them fiddling with the mix, asked if I got 70/30 as requested .
The 2 employees couldn't verify what they sell. I left the juice on the counter and walked out. (No refund)
If you live around here I have come to trust and enjoy Diane @ USA Puff n Stuff in Wentzville. Online I'm loyal to MBV.

If you start with a clearomizer/cart/carto tank you "like" branch out a smidge and try a few different types and you will find one you "love"

I have bought V2, Egot-t, Ego-v v2, Spinner, Ego-v V2 Mega, and last night my Vamo got here, I don't know how I got this far without it.
I remember week 1 telling my father in law how great the V2 was. Ahh....So young and naive.

Thank you everyone!!!

Sounds like your next investment is a provari with a zen atty, lol.

Good advice, but many people aren't as quick to explore vaping.. I know some people that try one flavor of e juice, and never try anything else, ever, let alone buy a different mod!

Vaping... What is a cigarette again?

Ha!.. I found the Provari vs Vamo debate to be one of the more interesting topics. My biggest provari pro was USA made. For the Vamo it was VW. If the Vamo stays as durable as it seems I'll be happy with my decision. I don't think you can go wrong either way but if you do go the Vamo route I believe SS is the best option even though I really wanted the black chrome.

Thank's much for sharing this with everyone!
Part of my experience has been similar to yours. I've been an ex-analog (cigarettes) for a few years ('takes a bow'). But, in the past year or so I've been toying with cigars. As everyone knows addiction is progressive and I had worked my way up to 2 cigars a day. Fine cigars being very expensive I occasionally would substitute Swisher Sweets telling myself they were on okay tasting substitute. So a couple of weeks ago smoking one (a Swisher) I said to myself "this is freaking nasty!". So I tried a few Blu disposables I thought "not bad compared to Swisher". Still very expensive so on the internet I went.
Almost got a Blu Premium Kit but to my luck they were back ordered. More mulling around and came across the vapegrl.com blog and her recommendations on the best juices. Halo was at the top and I thought I can get a Blu later. My G6 kit came last Wednesday. Turkish Tobacco seems very good and the Belgian Cocoa blew my senses away! I've been thinking about going to the cigar shop to have a 'more' occasional cigar but the e-cigs have unintentionally squelched my desire.
I've had some performance issues but I think I've narrowed them down to humidity shifts over the past week. 50% to 30% and last night 72%! My G6 with an empty carto will produce infinite 'water' vapor! Seems strange to me but I'm a noob. Have a G6 mini-tank on the way and we'll see where it goes from there...

@DetailMan. I too went the cigar route at one point in time. I could get by with 1 a day but found myself inhaling them just like smokes and I made the assumption I was killing myself faster doing that so I went back.
so happy I found this hobby!!
Yes. I too have found myself happy about the unintended side-effect of not smoking 'gars. And being able to ponder the seemingly endless horizon of juice flavors and the gear to cook them in.:D

I was stuck on those dang Swisher Sweets Cigarillos for years. Take a look around and you can find a good cuban juice. I got mine from the Vapor Room but I'm sure others carry something like it.

And welcome!
