A big thank you to everybody for the great welcomes and recommendations. I'll continue to try and balance the risks here, and I'll definitely speak out against anti-vaping laws.

I find the whole subject of vaping regulation frustrating and absurd. The risks of vaping are unknown, but probably pretty low (according the few little studies that have been done so far). The risks of smoking are known and enormous-- it's the biggest preventable cause of death in the developed world! As long as cigarettes are legal, there's no logical basis of banning anything on the basis of addiction or safety. The hypocrisy is mind-boggling, but sadly predictable, given how much money is involved for both industry and government.

Vaping has changed my health,my life... I started smoking when i WAS 14 YEARS OLD.. i AM NOW 36 AND HAVEN'T HAD A CIGARETTE FOR OVER A YEAR!!!!

It is just scary with how many people are starting to vape... I am all for anything against smoking tobacco.. But the downfall being that like with anything else the FDA and govt will try and regulate this so they can cash in ..... It is so messed up that something that is much healthier then smoking could be regulated and shut down.. So the concern of the government isn't our health but rather it is dollar signs!!

After 45 years of smoking, I quit four years ago with Chantix. I felt worse, gained a lot of weight, and had anxiety problems. As a last resort to try to get off some of my meds, I started vaping about a month ago. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I do feel better and I'm not stinking up my apartment.

Loved smoking, hated the stink, the health issues, the stigma. Quit for good (hopefully) 4+ years ago cold turkey. Miss smoking so I've been an 808d SI VOLT 0 Nic vaper for about 3 months, and definitely enjoying it.

I am a former social smoker (have not had a cigarette in just over 5 years). I have been considering to start vaping. I plan on zero nic, since I was easily able to quit smoking cold turkey. I miss the "relaxation" I got from smoking. I always found it enjoyable, except for the day after. I have been doing some research and talking with friends for where to start. Glad to see there are other non-smokers.

Im a none smoker and just getting into vaping too... BUT i do smoke shisha though... im looking for a less hassle more portable version of shisha.... vaping seems to be similar..with the different flavors and such... We will see when i start

I have a bottle of TopVapes French Vanilla Tobacco that is very close to what I would expect from a vanilla shisha.
