Yet Another Loyal Customer on the Verge of Leaving

I have been a loyal Madvapes customer for several years now. I cannot recall the last time I bought from any other company. I have done my best to stick with MV, but the stock issues are getting out of hand. Every month I buy juice, mega dcc's, and occasionally, a new eGo kit. Lately though the out of stock issues are causing me much frustration. Long ago I wrote it off as growing pains, but it is getting worse instead of better. It has been many months since I have been able to log into the website and order without having to wait for something to be back in stock. When I order, I have the juice I want and an alternative in case they are out of it and the same with the cartos. My supplies are low at the moment. The only thing on my list that they have is my alternative cartos. They don't even have my third choice juice that I will only vape when desperate. Even if they restock within the next couple of days, I do not foresee myself sticking with MV beyond my next order unless I have assurance that this issue is on the brink of being remedied.

I hate creating threads like this, but attention needs to be drawn to the issue.

Me too. I moved my business to Mt Baker Vapor...so far those guys are awesome. I've found a new favorite vape but I keep looking for others I love, which is very affordable there since they send out a free 15ml sample of a random juice every time your order (before shipping) totals 15 bucks. That's pretty much every time for me. lol One of my freebies was Lemon Goddess and it is now my new favorite every day vape. Pleasant surprise since I don't usually go for citrus flavors. They don't carry a HUGE assortment of accessories, but they have what I need and 90% of the time it's in stock so I'm happy.

Left MV. I've ordered online from them for years and even made long drives to their retail stores. Not again. Piss on me?

I shop Mt. Baker Vapor and Surevapes. Both provide better service than MV ever did. So I win!

Unfortunately I have had to go elsewhere too.
Inventory issues, shipping issues, delays...
Too bad to see them go down hill like this.
The up-side is that there are now many local vendors I would never had discovered had I not had to seek them out.

I would love to buy from madvapes, twice they have emailed me - informing me items are back in stock only to go to site and find them oos again! very frustrating.

Ya, not worth the trouble.
I've never been one for flavored juices other then dekang desert ship. Man has that changed. I can't even stand the flavor of dekang anymore.
MV's troubles forced me to go elsewhere (Mt. Baker Vapor is my favorite now) and I've discovered new equipment, new flavors, etc etc.

Honestly, I don't think MV cares one bit. And that's ok with me really. I'm over MV. Very happy with my new finds.

I suspect MV is also quite happy with their new situation. I mean they can't keep stuff in stock...therefore that means they're selling everything they get in. So that made the stock issues more our problem then theirs.

Oh well, life goes on.

its funny how all I see are negative things about MV, but in going to their website all this things that are said to be outta stock, are in fact IN stock. maybe check again?

Nope. Still out of stock on the stuff I used to buy on a regular basis. Even if they did have it in now, it was out for four months. Before that, it was still hit or miss.

It could be that there is a supply issue out there. I shop wherever it is cheapest and if they have it in stock. I dont order from them, but was just thinking of all the sites I do go to and they are out of stock of some of the more popular items.
