Those who are using 510 cartos with 100% VG - are they cartos with stuffing or reservoir type like CE2 etc? And is your VG super-thick or does it flow easily?

And here - read this on another forum about 100% VG being too thick for some cartos
http://www.vaportalk.com/forum/topic/9266-cartomizer-woes/

And you might want to post a new thread and in the title ask how to make VG flow easier - what to add?

I use cartos with a KR808. I have some 100% VG juice as well as several bottles of 80/20 PG/VG mix from another supplier (all of these are the thickest juices I have) and a bunch of 60/40 PG/VG mixes from a third supplier which are different consistencies - some nearly as thin as water. All of these juices are from US suppliers that are popular & highly rated on the forum and they all work fine in my cartos (except I'm having problems with a coffee flavor which is very dark). I read that suppliers may add water or other ingredients to make high PG juices thinner. Not sure if it's true but it may account for what I'm seeing with my juices.

Don't add very much distilled water if you add some....I've read 15%. I vape 100%VG juice in BOGE (they have filler) cartos all the time with no problem except what WomanOfHeart said....it takes a little longer for it to soak in. Are you sure you're filling them full enough? That may account for the lack of vapor....although if mine aren't full enough, I usually get a burnt taste as well. I put between 25 and 30 drops into my cartos.

If you order juices with a PG/VG mix the amount of PG will help determine how thin they are.

PG is thinner and contributes to throat hit (TH.) It carries flavor a little better. Some people find it too harsh, especially in higher percentages.
VG is thicker and helps to add a bit of sweetness and smoothness. It also increases vapor production, but it can mute some flavors because of its thickness.

I use either a 50/50 mix or a 60PG/40VG mix. I'm not a big fan of TH and I've found I'm a little sensitive to mixes with higher amounts of PG in them. I don't have any trouble filling cartos with either mix, but it does take a little longer for the 50/50 mixes to soak into the filler. Not a big deal for me because I'm patient and subsequent refills go a little faster because the material is moist.
