YIKES!! Gift Certificate Option has Vanished from Website!

Hi V4L Team --

I am in the process of swapping juices for V4L GCs, and the Gift Certificate option (which was on the site yesterday and worked fine) is now missing!!

Can someone please try to remedy this ASAP, in order to spare me multiple trips to the P.O. (assuming my "takers" don't get tired of waiting to "do business" with me! )
