Save "some" money building your own coils, save LOTS more making good eliquids yourself.

It depends on how much you vape,30 ml will last me over a month,i buy 12 mg and i cut it with VG about 75juice /25 VG,so it only cost me less that 20 bucks for 6 weeks,i do make my own too but i find the Halo and Hooligan juice better quality the cost is pretty low as it is,how low can you go?

I still don't own an RBA, but I've pretty much always rebuilt my coils for my T3's. The fact that it was even possible was a selling point for me. It was partially for saving money, but more just because I like to mess with things. The heads are what, ~4 bucks a piece (I'm considering shipping for a handful of them?) And they last around a month without you having to really mess with them aside from the occasional cleaning. In the grand scheme of things it's not much of a value difference, though cheesecloth and kanthal do allow me to have fresh heads for pennies a piece. It's exponentially cheaper, sure, but it was cheap to begin with, you know?

I will say that I like the performance of the coils I built myself a little better. I wind them to a slightly lower resistance and this combined with the cheesecloth makes for what I think is an all-around better vape than I get with stock heads. The stock heads are good when they work, but they seem to have problems. They're just a tad quirky. The ones I rebuilt not only give me a better vape, but do so flawlessly. I just feel like you only get your money's worth in terms of performance and reliability if you rebuild them. I guess I just have more confidence in the coils I build myself. Plus, if I get a bad one (which does happen,) it doesn't have to go to waste. I can just rebuild it to get it up and running.

Yes Im saving money. I love to use NET tobaccos and going thru 2-4 cartos a day was making me crazy. Now I just soak and rinse my wick and coil, dry burn and Im off to vaping another tankful.

With reg e-liquid I can use one cartomizer for a few days and about 4 tankfuls in my RBA.

Kanthal is cheap, so is nickel and silica wick is very reasonable, especially since I can rinse and torch and reuse my silca.

Thats because you make "average" juice. I haven't had to pay for any hardware for quite awhile, I can get a Provari for $15 worth of diy materials....OR LESS

And I make good juice. I don't need to advertise it, a few vendors seek me out.

Making coils is a bit cheaper then buying atty heads , but I rarely have time to sit and make lots. I'm making juice, thats where the profit is.

The first coils i rebuilt were for Nova tanks, but that gave me the confidence to be able to tackle rebuildable atomisers. All it is, is practice and then the tinkering aspect comes into play. It's cheaper than buying ready made. Making your own juice is the top suggestion for saving money.

I might have saved a bit of money - but i like to waste it on anything new that might be a challenge. By the way - the reason i have gone to the lengths i have to make my own coils and juice is simple. If the FDA pull something stupid and tax the hell out of everything, i may just be self-sufficient enough to miss the worst of it.
