You guys...
Found this forum 82 days ago. got a blu ecig. analog free since then.
today I'm rocking a Futura from Nexgen Vapor and a KFl+
it is all your fault! it will take me 12 months to break even :)
it is great to be analog free though.
The folks here are outstanding and the volume of knowledge surreal

Thanks!
Hi from another Newbee

Congrats on the sweet setup and being smoke free! The futura is a dna20 tube mod right? How are you liking it?

yes. dna20 based. it is great! very light yet sturdy. machining is 5 stars. got it today after a 2 month wait on pre-order. next to it my provari feels like a kid brother. it marks the end of the journey finding my vaping hardware. hopefully it is the last addition to the family :)

Cool, I've been wanting to get a dna20 mod but have been reluctant to fork out the big bucks. If you are anything like me, it will probably not be your last mod. The only thing that would stop me from purchasing new mods would be to gouge my eyes out!

i don't know. i think i'm set.
i have a VTR, provari, vamo, reo, nemesis, and the futura. and a few ego twists.
for tops i have kayfun(s), 1 aqua, 1 phoenix rda, a patriot and protanks and i30s.
it will take me a year to break even. thank god for 0% interest visa cards.
the next quest really is good juice and improving coiling skills.
unfortunately i already found that good juice costs more.
if i get enough space in the garage, i'll need to start making my own :)

Hah! Sounds like you have a couple of pretty nice mods thrown into the mix. I'm sure you'll be very pleased with your setup for a long time coming. And lucky for you, DIY is very easy, and makes this hobby a lot more affordable! I make my own juice to the tune of around $1.20 per 30mL bottle... Quite a savings!

can you point me to a one stop place to get top quality ingredients, minus the flavors?
as for flavors, what are your favorite destinations?

Copper Creek is the maker. House Blend is the juice. Me and the wife can't go without it.
Copper Creek is in the top 3 vendors every year and is generally always on ECF. Actually she just logged off a few minutes ago.
House won juice of the year
If you click on my banner it takes you to their supplier forum
If you click on the Latin it will go to their web site

I like the selection of flavors from Wizard Labs, the nic base from Nude Nicotine... I got my PG and VG off Amazon, look for as pure as you can get (percentage wise) and be sure to get USP Food Grade products, Kosher if possible. There a quite a few other spots for DIY materials, but those are the ones I use, and I can't think of the others right off hand.

My favorite flavorings so far have come from The Flavor Apprentice. Juicy Peach being my current vape of choice (and has been for a while). Flavors are ridiculously subjective though, so I don't like to impart my taste on you. :D

There is a DIY sub-forum on the boards under the E-Juice forum. That sub-forum here on ECF is an absolute treasure trove of great information, and the vets there are eager to help you out in finding out what you need. I don't mean to redirect your question, but it's really much more appropriate for that area of the forum.

Taste IS subjective. I personally hate peach flavor. The wife hates grape. I have an apple tobacco that I can deal with, but don't like it. I smoked menthol coffin nails. Now I can't stand menthol. I think I even know someone that doesn't like steak.
