All I can say is I've used Cignot for 99% of my purchases and I get 110% customer satisfaction. I had an eGo batt go bad and Vicki sent me a new one with a free charger lickety split. No need to purchase gear from anywhere else. Bar none the best customer service you'll get!

I agree. These ladies are tops in CS. I had a passthrough go bad, and eMailed them. About 10 minutes later, I got a tracking number for one that was being shipped right then. I went through that passthrough also in about 3 weeks. I just gave up and threw it in my deep storage out in the shed. I recommend every other product they carry except for that cheap piece of Chinese junk passthrough. I just sent a new convert (Jane from CA) to Cignot to purchase her PV. She got the 510, and will use Cignot again for her upgrade to the eGo. Also, with such consistency in CS, one knows if they run out of juice and order it from Cignot, it will get to them in 3 days tops. Agreed they can't be beat!
