I am very happy with my recent Orchid clone purchase. It is a very airy draw....almost feels like you are not vaping until you belt out a big cloud of yumminess...lol. The new ones have phillips head screws instead of the annoying hex screws....although the replacements screw package is hex....grrrrr. I like the Tobeco Orchid v3...got mine on ebay for about 25.00. For a dual coil build I find it very easy because the posts are drilled.
Yeah, I've been hearing great things about them. Will be learning to build on it, courtesy of my favorite B&M. And don't worry. I've been researching ohms law, and am still on a regulated device. Will have a meter. Promise. [emoji4]

I just started really getting into vaping about 5 weeks ago (I had used Blus and pen style vaporizers for a while in the past but found them pretty unsatisfying) and started with a Nemesis clone, as a referral. Wow, the difference in flavor was outstanding! Thus began this wonderful journey.
I've been pretty content, but now I'm looking into perhaps a VW box mod. I'm in the process of reading & watching reviews and can't really decide on one. At the moment, I'm leaning towards a Sigelei 100w.
Any suggestions for a VW mod up to 75w for around $200 or less would be appreciated!

I love my sigelei. There are a few quirks but man it hits like a freight train when I build the coils right. And when I don't get the coils right it still hits well enough to keep me away from a smoke.

Quirks: ohm meter drifts a little on certain builds, drippers with a really long post screw don't sit flush, and the one that aggravates me the most ...... the button rattles when I am driving lol.

Just an iStick for now, but as long as I build 1 ohm or more it will read and should fire fine. If that proves impractical with dual coil, I understand one can build singles on an orchid.

I want to get like a Kayfun or a Taifun to get into building coils. I keep hearing about what a big difference RBAs make in the vape. I've read about the iStick and upcoming MVP 3, I've got an MVP 2 now so will probably wait N see what the specs are for the MVP 3. I eventually want to get into mech mods with a Nemesis clone. Might even go big with a Dreadnaut clone in the future.

I want a variable volt/watt mod that won't set me back and arm and a leg (<$50).. the criteria is simply that I'd like to be able to control things better. I have only 2 devices and do not need more, just something better...I have a simple mech mod, 2 tanks, a $12 RDA and am happy

Take a look at the eleaf..I stick...not high end but apparently does the job....see pbusardo you tube review...they can be had at about forty dollars.
