thanks everyone for your replies. i recently ordered a lot more juice from both V4L and TV, 3 1oz from TV and i dont remember exactly how many from V4L but they were all 5ml bottles from there. at the rate im going through this stuff it will last mea year, maybe more......

i think im one of the rare people that isnt as concerned about taste and vapor production etc. i care but only as an after thought. i can and will vaper ANY flavor as long as it gives me my fix. with that in mind i will likely use all of the flavors i have, i did send some to my dad to introduce him to e-cigs though.

if i had to pick my favorite flavor i would have to say its the Atomic cinicide as ive said in other posts but again ill vape anything lol.. i now have 5 different flavors from TV and nothing comes close to the atomic.....

About 3-4 ml per day for me. Chain vaper. 510 manual batts, about 5 sec drags usually. I did a poll on this topic not long ago and the average did seem to be about 3-5 ml per day.

If you're only going thru 1 ml per day and you're happy, yay!!! ;) Spreads the juice farther!

Yeah ive been there done that, but really vaping as much as I like it can be a pain in the azz, its great when it works and I still like it but guess what my snus makes it so I vape when I want to(no chain necessary to satisfy my needs) and it always works.

I do about 4ml a day of 10 to 12mg/ml juice. Used to be 24 to 36mg/ml but can't handle that anymore. I don't usually do flavors with tobacco sweezins.
I mix up about a month's worth for the wife and I and if anything doesn't meet her approval it goes into a "pot luck" bottle in the fridge. I often vape 12mg/ml Pot Luck flavor :)

To each their own but you know I think vaping 3mls a day is a lot. I personally would be concerned about inhaling that much food flavoring a day.

"That much" is very relative. I have industrial strenght food flavours here, to be added in the permille range. And most of those consist of around 75% PG. Now if I calculate the amount of food flavour I inhale of those when I vape even 5ml a day, that is not a very large amount.

And I very seriously doubt that those food flavours you buy and add in far larger quantities do add that much more flavours themselfes to your liquid. What they add is more very expensive PG or water or alcohol.

Even if you add oils proper, as some people do, they add it up to 1%. 1% of 5ml - still not much. Although personally, I do draw a line there.

I don't understand some of these comments, please someone enlighten me.

Comments like " I use 1 ml a day and I vape constantly all day long" 1 ml of liquid is roughly 20 drops which comes out to like what, maybe 120 -160 puffs and in a 16 hour day (assuming 8 hours sleep) is at most 10 puffs an hour, ...hmmm....those must be some awfully long drags! That's nowhere near constant vaping. Please feel free to correct my math if you think it's flawed or just flat out wrong.

Then there are the comments from people that vape but keep it to a very minimum "because of health concerns" but yet they use snus? Show me proof that snus is less of a health concern than vaping. Sorry, I don't get it.

I use 3-4 ml a day and it has successfully allowed me to kick a 35+ year 2 pack a day analog habit! In a perfect world I probably wouldn't do either but knowing what I inhaled with analogs and how I feel today I'll take my chances with food flavoring and whatever.

i can help with part of this question, and your question is what i was thinking and why i started this topic.

i vape 1ml a day on average and as i said i vape constantly BUT only after i get off work. at work i take maybe 2 or 3 short breaks and i vape maybe 3 or 4 hits at that time. so the constant part is only after i get off work ( which i stated a few times for the record) but lets say i get home at 5pm and i vape non stop until i go to bed at 12mid. thats 7 hours..

there is a little bit that you dont account for. the number of drops in a ml. its been said many time that the amount of liquid in a drop depends on the size of the dropper.

for example i use a 510 cart and i have a 1/4inch polyfill plug in the end. i will fill it to the top with liquid (takes 10-13 drops) i will replace the polyfill and add one or 2 more drops. that will last me quite a while. i think i may do that twice a night at most. i think the most i fill my carts is 3 times a day in a 24hour period.

with that i am averaging 30ml a month. as i said i vape what i feel is non stop after work and i have yet to go through one full bottle. as a matter a fact i have been vaping 100% TV Atomic, i have 2 bottles, one 12mg and 1 36mg. the 36 is 2/3 full and the 12 is about 1/2 full. ive had this order since feb 16th. soooooo. well you see my point.

i do have lots more liquid but i almostNEVER use it. but i have tried a little here and there, nothing more than a taste here and there.

There's tons of proof that snus is fairly harmless, with dangers in the range of 1-2% of analogs. There is no proof whatsoever yet about the dangers of vaping, for the plain and simple reason that it hasn't been around for very long. Probably, it's fairly harmless, but we don't know. (And personaly, I am fairly certain that we will encounter problems with some flavours, sooner or later.)
(For references, head over to the smokeless section of the forum, or just read the Wikipedia article for a start.)

Mind you, I vape a lot and use like two snus a day, but even so, I'd really appreciate it if people tried to get some information before they start judging smokeless tobacco and its users. Just as those who don't use it would appreciate it if those people who start fake coughs or smart remarks would get some about vaping.

If your really intrestred PM me and I will send you data on Snus, It is definetly proven to be reduced risk compared to smoking, compared to vaping who knows it hasnt been around long enough to have any studies on long term effect. However when I chain vaped it was because I wasnt getting satisfied by vaping alone, Snus for me makes it so I vape if and when I want to and Im always satisfied.
