I started with the Evod 2 battery / clearo starter kit. It worked so well, i was off analogs on the first week. Just upgraded to MVP 2.0 with I Clear 30 yesterday and love the vapes. I also have a Tesla M2 mod on order with a Protank clone. I am new and wanna try some different stuff, but if it keeps me off the analogs, I'm sticking with it.

Started with an EGO C starterset which the first time in my smoking history turned me away from smoking pyros ... then progressed to KANGERTECH ProTank & ProTank 2 which I fired with an joytech evic ... then bought an INNOKIN MVP and VTR & VV2.0 combined with ICLEAR 30 & 30s ... then I made a step towards an Ismoka MAGOO which made a huge difference in taste ... exploring it's origins directed me towards GOLDEN GREEK products ... which I still use now and am more than happy with - I guess I'm a fan boy of these units expecially the ITHAKA old & new, and of course I really dig the Penelope V3 ...
I also bought a VAPOR GIANT and VAPOR GIANT MINI ... and my recent journey is again in a greek direction ... just bought 2 NEMESIS and ordered a NEMESIS 30 ... awesome products which I use with a kayfun lite plus ... currently looking for an RTA to use with the NEMESIS 30 since I really like 26650 mods ... so either I am looking into a VAPOR GIANT MEDIUM or a JFK 30mm ... hmmm

Tree of life with patriot rda currently. Would love to own an authentic Pegasus not to use, but simply because their logo matches a large tattoo I got many years ago when my horse passed away.

Welllll...

I started with a TERRIBLE JoyeTech Twist clone setup which burnt out stupid fast, then gave up for a few months. Had surgery to put my nose put back in the middle of my face, and couldn't smoke, so I started using NJoy's from the gas station. Followed by V2, which I liked, but just weren't enough nicotine or good for the heavy use I needed. Was struggling with quitting analogs because I kept killing batteries (and I was deployed, so I couldn't just pop over to the gas station to get more NJoy's, which are still my emergency go-to), so I started research. That led me to my current set up of an Innokin Coolfire II with iClear 30s. Now it is giving me trouble (misfiring, randomly shutting off), so I have ordered a Cloupor T8, and have a IGO W6 that I've been practicing builds on. The Coolfire had a good run, it took a lot of hard falls (over 6ft) in Afghanistan, and it got me off of analogs finally, but I am ready to upgrade and get into RDAs. My IGO W6 scares me a little, but so far all of my test builds on it were successful (at least when tested on an ohm tester, my Coolfire just doesn't have the juice to fire it up). Last test build was with some accidentally ordered 24g kanthal, quad micro coil that tested at .2 ohms, which I believe is to be expected, but definitely too subohm for my comfort level, and I won't be using the 24g, just practicing coils with it. :)

I experimented with "cigalikes", but I actually started vaping with an Ego (1000 Mah battery and a Kanger T3-S, shortly later I went to a Lavatube v1 and a Kfun lite.
Then came my first big mistake. I bought a Sentinel M-16 and a Nimbus off E bay. The M-16 was a piece of junk right from the start (aluminum model) and the Nimbus was a piece of junk till I drilled out the air flow holes.
Next came a Clouper DNA-30 Clone, followed by the 454 Big Block, and the Plume Veil.
Yesterday, my Orchid v4 arrived, and put my KFL in the "Obsolete" pile. I placed a review of sorts in the Atomizer section.
Tomorrows mail will deliver a used Copper Vanilla, and TOBH, that I purchased from a friend on another forum. I am very much a tank person, since I drive 2-300 miles a day, so the KFL was my daily driver until the Orchid came along. I do enjoy dripping, but that's something I only do at home.
I hope this answers your questions, if not, feel free to messgae me any time
Just FYI.. The day I bought my Ego, was the last time I ever smoked a real cigarette... almost 200 days ago. I've been 0% nic for 120 days.

Began with a Kanger Evod 1100 mAh battery and a T2 clearomizer starter kit on August 20, 2014; smoked my last real cigarette the night before. Got a few tanks (Evod and T3s) a few days later, to try different flavors, and a backup battery (Kanger Evod 650 mAh). Then got a Mini Protank 2 (very nice, but not enough capacity), later a Protank 2 (Awesome!). About a month later got more tanks (Aspire ET-S and ET) and more flavors! Three weeks into October, I got the iTaste VV v3 starter kit (with the 5 iClear 16 clearos) and yet more flavors! About a week ago, ordered the iTaste MVP 2 in "Petals" (found it super cheap -about $43-and was afraid the seller was going to run out of it if I waited too long), the Mini Protank 3, more Aspire ET-S and ET tanks, and 6 more flavors.

However, all this had helped me stay away from analogs, so Vape On! :D

BTW, I still use everything I've purchased (forgot to mention the replacement coils for all the tanks/clearos I have).

-EVOD starter kit. Hated the taste but had me off smoking for a week so can't complain TOO much.
moved to iTaste w/ Nautilus Mini = AWESOMESAUCE for flavour.

Stingray X clone is en route and I'm going shopping at a local place this week for an RDA for my next graduation ceremony while I await my mech!

I used cigalikes to get away from smokes going on 3 years ago. No vape shops in my area so progress was slow. I found out how to refill the little cartomizers with e-liquid and shortly after I moved up to the ego setup. Then last summer while on the road a vape shop talked me into a Vision Spinner II and an Aspire CE5-S. Then a "baby dripper" (SMOK Dripper RDA). I then went to a Vamo V6 (which I still use) and a Kayfun Lite. Now my daily driver is a Knight mod with a Patriot RDA.

I started with the cheap ce4 kits you can buy from most shops, used for a while and i kept getting bad tanks from petrol stations so i gave up and went to a gsh5 tank, it was a brilliant tank but leaked a lot, i bought a usb passthrough batery and loved it but it quickly died so i went back to cheap 1100mah ego batteries and bought a iclear 30s tank which is amazing but the coils dont last long and cost a fortune, i spend almost as much on coils per month as i do liquid.

i bought a patriot foggy dripping tank to try out but its just not for me, i ecig a fair bit so i dont have time to drip.

fed up with expensive coils i bought an aga t2 but im hopeless at making coils.

When I started vaping 14 months ago, my first experience was on an a disposable e-cig called a "Square." Don't know why they called it that, because it was round, and looked a lot like an analog cig. Then, after about 2 weeks, I bought a 650mah Ego battery, and used a tank for the first time; got to buy my own juice! I'm currently vaping on a new Sigelei 100w box mod that just arrived in the mail yesterday, from Eciggity, in Hawaii. I'm now using high VG juice at 35 watts; what a change from when I started. I enjoy vaping more every day. I'm also working on my friends and a couple of family members, to encourage them to give up the Cancer Sticks for a nice vaping experience. Good Question. I'm Vapin' in So Cal (CASAA Member).

Here's my gear progression:
1. eGo with CE4
2. L-Rider Mini Lambo with a china clearo
3. Diablo Reaver + Garage of Creation H-Dripper (mech mod)
4. iTaste MVP 2.0 + DCT Tank
5. Experiments with different clones

Now I'm back to Diablo Reaver + H-Dripper and 4nine copper clone + Smok Caterpillar, getting a custom made copper 26650 mechanical mod soon so moving to ultra sub-ohm, around 0.07ohms
