hi all!

I finally have an e-cig, and it's a KR808D-1. (a V4L Vapor King. It works very well and I am impressed with it.) But it took forever to decided on my first batch of gear. Now I want to order some more stuff, and again, i feel lost in the sea of choices.

So I'm looking for suggestions from fellow KR808D-1 users. Please reply to this thread with something that you really like, sort of like this:

"My favorite _________ is a/the __________ from __________."

It could be your favorite short battery, long battery, pass-thru, cartomizer, menthol juice, pineapple juice, PCC, accessory, etc.

My goal here is to learn what are some absolute favorites, the shining stars you've come across in vaping. There is so much variety, so much to try, that establishing some benchmarks would be very convenient. For example, it's pretty clear that the e-juice "Atomic Cinnacide" from V4L is really popular. So it's on my list of things to eventually try myself. What other things, specific to the KR808D-1, have also proven to be "can't go wrong" -type products?

Hopefully this will allow me to benefit from the cumulative history of trial-and-error experience, rather than repeating the efforts of others.

thanx in advance for all who contribute. We KR808 noobs appreciate it!

Favorite V4L batt is an auto XL. I also love my Elegant Easy XXL (also kr808d-1 threaded), as it's 3.4x as powerful.
Favorite V4L juices are Wow Peppermint, Waffle and Whiskey. Also love TV's Atomic Cinnacide and Tastyfinger.
Favorite cartomizer is not so easy. I don't like any pre-filled. I prefer to use blanks. That said, I like both the V4L's Wow and Coolcarts and Nhaler jumbo's but there are many inconsistencies and can't really say which is best, currently.

New to the vape.
I must say I like the KR808D-1 format and have found Johnson Creek for fluids. (have recently tried the 501 format as well...like both)
So I have no experience on differing carto brands, but juice flavors I have messed with it.
J.C. Domestic in VG.
J.C. Tennessee Cured in VG
running 18mg in both. They have a sorta pipe tobacco flavor. Sweet but still tobacco like.

I have as of yet found a prefilled carto that has a satisfying flavor or vapor. It would be my first choice since I don't like refilling (yeah, I know...odd man out).

My favorite e-juice vendor is Gourmet Vapor. They're a bit pricier than other vendors I've used, but I think it's worth it. Their website can be a pain when searching for the flavors they offer (because they offer a lot of flavors), but I like the fact that they give the recipe for their juices so that you can have an idea of what to expect. For example, my current all-day vape is their bigicedogs jumpoff juice contains 40% peach, 30% lemonade, 10% apricot, 20% menthol crystals. They also have the option to create your own flavor so it's essentially DIY without the hassle of DIY. They offer basically any PG/VG combination and as well as a double/triple flavor option.

My favorite Menthol/Mint e-juice is Hypermint from Blue Mist Vaping. This was my previous all-day vape.

My favorite mini-ecig is the Volcano from Volcano (I use it in public b/c people think I am smoking "something else" when I use my bigger PVs)
My favorite Volcano pre-filled cart flavor is Blue Water Punch from Volcano
My favorite juice for filling my carts/cartomizers (510/eGo) is Tennessee Cured (Red Oak line) from Johnson Creek - sweet smokey yummy flavor (when my taste buds get wonky, I add some of their other flavors [Valencia or Arctic Menthol] into it at around 10-20% to change it up for a few carts/cartos)
My favorite cartomizer is the new clearomizer from Volcano (however, they were the only vendor that had the ones I wanted thus far, but plan to order from other vendors as stock gets steadier in the US)

... AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST...

My favorite dream is to own the perfect PV from any vendor ... someday ... I can dream!

:)
