I wish this is a sticky in the new members thread. Your pre-filled carto is just that, a cartomizer, it does not hold enough juice to last for a whole day, soon enough you will lose either flavor or vapor and most probably both, the only way it will last you a day is that you keep feeding it with juice. That is one of the reasons why people move from pre filled to fill it your self, so that they will keep dropping juice and constantly feeding the carto. Sorry, we know you like the flavor, we hope you will find some e liquid that is similar to the flavor you love because chances are you will NOT find the same exact flavor.

Finding the same exact juice is a difficult task, but here are some pointers that might help you:
- find out who makes the juice, check the e cig web site, search the web.
- call the brand customer service and inquire about the maker of the Carto, where it is made and if It is an exclusive flavor.
- call or email the flavor manufacturer and ask them if they will supply you, some manufacturer will sell juice in bulk quantities.
- ask here at the forum, I am sure you will find a member or two who like the same flavor.

Good luck in your search.

It really depends on what cartomizer you use. The standard cartomizer (boge, etc) hold approximately 1 ml of juice. You obviously don't vape it bone dry, so you probably vape about .75 ml from a cartomizer. This is just a guesstimate. The average person vapes anywhere from 2 ml to 5 ml a day. More so when you first start vaping.

You can purchase larger cartomizers that hold more juice. The smoktek 1.7 holds about double. Then there are the EMDCC, the Echo-e cartomizers and the like that hold anywhere from 3-5 ml of juice.

That is all true, but I was talking about brand per filled carto like Blu, Greensmoke and volt stuff, they don't last Adam and most of the brand have only one size carto. Right?

It will last you all day if you are busy like at a job. I don't think manufacturers of pre-filled cartos are held to the notion that so many people vape nonstop or excessively. Used to fill in for an average habit, in intervals like one might take time for analogs, they can easily last all day. When traveling and staying abroad, one Blu disposable was lasting me at least 24 hrs. I brought 3 with me for 5 days and had part of a 4th that I left in the car at the airport. When I got back, I still had part of the third from the trip.

I was always under the assumption that the amount of nicotine in a standard carto, was meant more to take the nicotine edge off, not replace the nicotine addiction as it stood with analogs. I have based my vaping habit on this from the start, and that's pretty much what I have held it to. I lay the ecig down, walk away and get busy. . .after awhile, it occurs to me that I can go hit it and it's always welcome like that.

Go on the patch for a week and act like you are quitting. You will be glad to have one carto for a whole day to yourself.

I think the blu disposable use large cartos, the problem is they used to last a day but the battery would die much less than a day. I stopped buying them although i love the flavor of their tobacco, now they last me only for five hours, I used to buy one on my way back from work and the battery would die around 10 pm, although there are still juice in the carto.

Should it maybe be titled differently? Like

Cartridge equivalency to packs of cigarettes

And then explain the fact that on a regular cig you usually take 11-12 "drags" then wait light another one, 11-12 again... yadda yadda. I think it is very difficult to equate the 2 as you "use" them very differently. Most people who are PAD smokers think that this means a carto should last a whole day to be equivalent, and I do believe if they used their PV exactly the same way they smoked, that is take 11-12 puffs then wait 30/45/60 etc mins and do it again, it might just last all day. The problem is that with a PV you do not have anything (except the battery running down) causing you to stop.

I think the closest to a full pack are the Mistic prefilled - those batteries last a full 6 hours of chain vaping, and the carto still has a bit of juice left in it when the battery dies. They don't get nearly the attention they should, maybe because they're not as easily found in gas stations, etc.

I totally agree with you, I believe the mistic is even better than the volt and yes they don't get enough attention. I like the brand and the flavor kinda grows on you.

Wouldn't it be great if a company comes out with an e cig that allows you to smoke 12 puffs every 1-2-3 hours a nd turns off in between so that you won't be able to puff until the determined time ellapse. . . That is a good idea I think.

Well when I first started I had a volcano slim ecig. I saw they sold juice bought some and put it on the expired cart. Then, ripped out the foam in one and dripped on the atty.

It was 3x better taste vapor. Then I drilled out the back of the empty cart and dripped....and drip went everywhere

AND THEN I BOUGHT AN INFERNO- and then, and then, and then.....

And still have the slim and some carts lol
