View attachment 36923 This is the last pic I took. It's an old cassette case I modified. Since then I've out grown it for home storage...LOL !! But it's great to take along when we travel !

Credit where credit is due.. Anita gave me the idea. She's too attached to hers, but would be on the look out for another one for me. In the mean time.. I'm just brainstorming.

I'm not really sure yet. some kind of sheet foam I could easily get from a home depot or something. to line the inside of a compartment, and make perfectly snug spaces for bats, cartos, chargers, ect. If I were to use a knife or razor blade, it would look choped up, and probably loose. I want to have it look like it was professionaly made.. fit everything perfectly, so that nothing moves around inside when closed and carrying.

I guess it doesn't help that I'm usually horrible at making anything.

edit.. think I found something cool...

I'm ASSUMING that I can find this type of foam at home depot. Anyone know? This is the stuff I'm interested in shapping.

Micheal's & Hobby Lobby craft stores carry stuff like that Popeye. The foam I mean. Also there's an internet site that has foam that you can pick pieces out of it to form different sized slots. I can't remember the site, so you'll have to gimme some time to find it again. But that would work perfect for you. It's kinda pre-cut so ya punch out wherever ya want the holes...I'll see if I can find it. You buy it in sheets like and customize it how ya want. Is that something you wanna do ?

Popeye..go to a supermarket or kitchen store..maybe even Walmart. They all have dividers for sliver ware or for office desks I got mine at a Publix supermarket..they went to plastic dividers, mine are metal..50 cents each on close out! Take the case you want to use so you can try to fit them or take meaurement (forgot you were a guy!)

My only suggestion (since my stash is in a dozen boxes in a cardboard file box and therefore I am unworthy to really post here among the organized group - but they are sorted by strength!)...and it's one I follow in all places where I have things sorted into small batches...make CERTAIN the sides are vertical...totally straight without the usual slant! Even a small slant will let things roll around, knocking everything over or else generally being a nuisance :p

It now appears that it's time for me to go shopping for interesting "things" :) You have inspired me!
