I'm one of the unlucky few I guess. I ordered on 11/28. my package per the tracking site is still somewhere in china. I ended up purchasing the exact same items from another supplier based in china, during their "sale", similar price, similar shipping cost. I received those in a week. I had just left another msg on zainy's website, waiting on their reply as of right now. I'm not too hopeful tho.

Another 10 days. still no news. no email replies. no chat replies. msg on order history doesn't get replies either. I'm honestly slightly ....... I've spent 4 times the amount in the time frame getting the same stuff and received/about to receive every single vamo. My grandparents in China can send the packages faster than this company, and no, that's not a joke. Yes, I understand that this company is not as big as some other companys, but dude, I got my health cabin order in less than a week DURING the holiday rush. personal parcels that I've received over the yrs had never been this long. I can understand that they just want me to kept on waiting, but at least tell me so, not ignoring me.


overall? no communications whatsoever, prices might seem low but other chinese vendors are at similar price points and w/ much quicker shipping times. I will not be back. :mad:
