Well, and people, this is simply my opinion, but I think after reading this thread, I'll wait to subscribe.

It sounds like a lot of people are trying to justify their shipment by hyping the coveted 'Standard' bottle (which I can certainly understand...) However, the rest of the juices and vendors just aren't personally appealing. I'm familiar with most of them and they're what I categorize as "low to mid-tier" manufacturers. Nothing inherently wrong with that but I'd just prefer, at this time, to purchase pre-steeped juice that I can sample and decide.

With that being said, I think the Zamplebox business model has enormous potential for growth but I feel they need more quality vendors involved to make it worth the investment (no matter how much of a value it appears to be.) However, for those that love to experiment and adore the element of surprise (or those brand new to vaping), this is a fantastic way to explore the community. Just not for me. It's all good, though :)

I just did some calculations and came up with this.

I use 3ml of juice per day on average

3ml X 30 days in a month is 90ml per month

Avg cost of juice is between $0.35 and $0.90 per ml which is an average of $0.62 per ml

So $0.62 X 90ml per month = $55.80 per month

So are you guys getting 100ml for $24.99? Can you choose your nic level? If so this might be the way to go.

I tried them when the program first began. Fewer suppliers as I recall - they have added some - I have no idea how many. VERY CORDIAL FOLKS. Customer Service was great! Do be aware - and this is only if folks go from one "plan" to the "other". IF your "five bottles + Bonus" are shipped on the first day of the month you are charged as expected. IF you UPGRADE on the 15th of the month you ARE IMMEDIATELY SHIPPED A NEW BOX and charged accordingly. It does NOT start on your "normal ship date". The 15th then becomes your "new ship date". So, if you switch - you could pay $24.99 PLUS $44.95 in the same month. NOT AN ISSUE UNLESS YOU 'SWITCH'.

Yes - the '100ml' came with a 'bonus amount' - which varied (that's OK - it was essentially 'free'). Out of the 100ml I USUALLY (admittedly not always) liked perhaps 75% - once 25% and the rest was of no use to me. I do not do the "trading" here on ECF or anywhere else. I'm not comfortable inhaling a liquid that has been open and out of MY control. This does not mean we have 'serial killers' out here - but, it would only take one to harm me. Others are comfortable 'swapping' and for them that is OK.

I have the same 'success rate' buying "sample juice" and while I do not get the "free stuff" I do at least have a better idea nowadays what I MIGHT like and order accordingly. No worry about getting a duplicate the following month or two later (only happened once - it was one I hated). My tastes are limited and all the fancy names and pretty bottles do zero to better my chances of always getting "Zample's" I like.

It IS a good deal IF folks are open to a wide variety of tastes. Over time one would most likely get far more GOOD than UNLIKED juices. The $24.99 would 'get me' ONLY 40ml if bought locally and odds are GOOD that someone with a less narrow selection of juices they like will do QUITE WELL over time. I'm sure others are like old Donnie and have but a dozen they like; I wouldn't recommend it for them at all. The remainder of folks? I DO RECOMMEND TRYING the service if you are wide open to new flavors. You will most likely BE HAPPY. So again - If you 'swap" here or elsewhere .... even better.

*** The "broken bottles" I read about every so often?? MINE were packed VERY WELL and had any been broken I would blame the folks who transport - NOT the folks who pack the items. Yes, it COULD happen 0 but I would bet it is rare.

*** If there was a general selection - say, "Tobacco" ..... "Fruit" ..... "Liquor" etc etc ........ I believe it would help. But alas, there is not and ones takes their chance and hopes for the best. As I said above - over time - folks should receive more "liked" than "disliked" and not be out any extra cash amount. When I try "new ones" locally it is still a crap-shoot, BUT I know I am within a category of flavors I previously liked when I tried a "new one".

My first box just came today. Broken bottle of Frankenvape. Within 5 minutes of letting them know, Tony had emailed me to make it right. Already vaping the Clevervape Nostalgia and it is pretty good. So, first flavor great, broken bottle not their fault, and customer service within minutes.

THAT, is how you get and keep a customer.

Indeed, ZampleBox (Tony) treats his customers very well.

Ordered mine last night, since I regularly spend waaaaaaaay too much on liquids I don't end up liking anyhow, figure I'll give this a shot for a month or two... Went for the gold box, so we'll see....

It DOES suck that it seems only some folks are getting the boxes with the stuff like the Standard though, but I guess when there's so many people subbing to it, not everyone can get them. I only hope that in the future, as the amount of subscribers grows, and the amount of "super high quality" vapes stays the same, that they look into some manner of lotto as to who gets what, as opposed to "the first 1000 boxes" or however they do it now.

Also, HOPEFULLY USPS doesn't play hockey with people's orders. They really do need to be more careful with mail.... we got in a care package from Hawai'i last week, that was in flat rate boxes, and well packed, and USPS STILL managed to break stuff in it.

For me it's a good deal because I'm sharing the box with my fiance and we have wildly different tastes in juice. So between the two of us, someone likes almost everything we get in a box. And for the one or two that both of us haven't liked we have a friend who has very little spare cash who will vape just about anything.

I think situations like this are where ZampleBox will really shine, there's a greater chance the samples will be liked. You get two vapers sharing a subscription and say one of them like tobacco vapes and one likes fruity vapes, pretty much anything that gets thrown at you, somebody will like maybe not enough to order more but definitely enough to vape.

Naw man it is a great deal regardless however thd frankenvapes and also the jamisons new flavor coming next month there is no way they can provide for every single subscriber!!! They even say its limited. But For god sakes did u see how much 30ml of frankenvapes goes for? About $22 !!!! I imagine they and the manufacturer take a hit to provide us with promotions like that... I just signed up and my first standard box jus shipped out friday. Im bummed I miss all the promo and even contests they had on facebook and instagram....but so long as I get at least 50 ml of different ejuices and as long as I like at least half of them then It will be worth it.... i just hope I didnt screw up joining in middle of month and end up stuck with thrown together leftovers but I am excited annd hoping to be pleasantly suprised. i believe they are exploding though!!! Think of how long they been around I think like twisted420 says things will only get better as they smooth out the wrinkles... this is a great thing and even if I end up with crap this month ill prolly at least see what the next cpl months get me..... jus gotna chimbus and a beautiful jm22 clone that got delivered friday cant wait to od on nicotine :O

I received my box yesterday. I was eagerly awaiting all week. Total was 115ml for my regular subscription. The majority of juices are fruity which is great. Currently vaping 503 cherry bomb. I get a black licorice note in it. It's actually very good with a strong throat hit.

Damn... 115ml on the regular sub? I might just change to the regular one next month... gonna wait and see what I get with the gold version though, obviously.

Aside from the juice orders from Halo (haft a keep my Tribeca and a few others in stock!), I've been behaving and not really ordering much liquids of late. I keep searching for a good set of fruit and bakery flavors, and so far, they've either been horrible, or tasted kinda like wet air with a hint of the flavors. I'm hoping I can find a good fruit or bakery flavor that's an in your face type.

Hardware is a different story though... Curse this shinyitus!

Tapped out on a phone... I think

I was pretty disappointed with January's box. The flavors all seem to kind of taste/smell the same. It's like a mix of stuff with some fancy name. Nothing really taste specific.

Most "high-end" eliquids are a mix of flavors which results in a more "complex" flavor rather than just strawberry or apple. Why vape strawberry when you could vape strawberry with a bit of cream? Why vape appple when you could vape apple with pie crust and brown sugar?

Maybe that's something we'll see later with ZampleBox when they implement flavor preferences. Maybe there will be a fruit preference that's just simple fruits.

I got mine today and I've only tried two so far. I got 6 bottles, 5 are 15ml and 1 30ml. So far I've tried the Alpha "The Dude" and I'm hitting up the 503 Cherry bomb right now. Overall they aren't bad. I don't know if they will become an ADV for me, but I can definitely see a time they can come to good use. Like a summer party at the beach for "The Dude". I heard the Fankenvape is really good. Clevervape Red Hot smells just like the candy. One has menthol in it, and I really don't like menthol in my juices, even though I smoked menthol cigarettes, but the reviews said the menthol isn't that strong. Looking forward to Feb's box.

They way I look at it, is you get a ton of samples that you could possibly use to help someone else quit smoking by having all the juices around. Not everyone quits on the same flavor, and if you can find one in your stash you may not like, but someone new does, it may help them take that first step..

Im quite happy with Zamplebox.. It allows me to try out different juices from different vendors.. Living in Canada shipping is outrageous.. So if I were to pay for shipping from each vendor it would cost way more then what the gold box is already and thats before the price of juice.. Its an AWESOME deal..
