I actually didn't mean for my post to be a "complaint" as such, maybe more of an observation. As someone who has worked in the retail industry for over 20 years, you have to understand customer perception. And that there is a cost in doing business. We all know (or should) that the markup on juices is astronomical. I doubt that a company's business would be hurt by a few more mls. in the bottle. The perception of receiving partially filled bottles is that someone is skimping, and it seems cheap. I totally understand the costs involved of purchasing smaller bottles, and such. If this perception weren't an issue, then why are so many folks bringing it up?
Like I said in my post: I received from Zamplebox what they promised to deliver, at least 50ml. of e-liquid. I also had other positive things to say and I really liked a couple of the juices. My bigger disappointment beyond the partially filled bottles, is what may or may not be a limited number of participating vendors. In any case, I'm sorry if I pushed a button, I was stating my opinion and felt comfortable doing so in this forum. In the end it is up to me to continue to pay for the service or not.
