Zenesis atty help

Bought this atty a few days ago I'm having some issues with it. I'm using 400 mesh with 28 gauge ribbon wire, no hot stops wicks perfect everytime After an hour of use the flavor completely changes. The wick starts to smell and the juice becomes unvaipable. Ive had to completely clean out the tank twice and rebuild it twice. I'm using a nemesis btw. Any help please???

Sounds like a short to me. You prolly need to empty the tank and move your coils around some. Your coils should begin glowing in the middle. It could also be a short due to the cap touching part of the coil. When you put it on, did you notice that you had to smush part of the coil?

Are you using SS mesh or ceramic? I have had better luck with 30 gauge Kanthal and under. It is harder to use 32 to build a coil with an SS wick.

When building coils with SS mesh, the biggest issues are oxidizing the wick and then moving the coils around until they glow evenly, beginning with the middle coils. Building the actual coil right is important, but without proper oxidation and care it doesn't matter how good you build the coil.
