Zero nic and nic vaper question

Just wanted to know how much some of you vape? Currently, live in Canada and nic juice is banned, I vape mostly zero nice and a little bit of nicotine. Just want to know If you can over cape.

Since everything is food grade, you can't "over vape".

You can get too much nicotine, but the symptoms are pretty obvious. Nausea, dizzy, heart racing...

I should have been more clear. I meant how often do you vape. Like every 15 mins. Or do you sometimes vape for 15-20 min straight. I find myself, especially with chocolate,vapig for like 10 to 20 mins.

I have my nic down to 4mg and I vape about 2-2.5ml per day. I can still get too much sometimes when I vape a lot in a short period of time. If I get too much nic I get the typical symptoms of headache and cold fingers and I may get rapid or irregular heartbeat if I really overdid it. But it's a lot harder for me to get too much nic with 4mg than it was with 18mg.

I vape 24 to 36 mg depending on the vendor I got my juice from. I prefer 36 mg because I can't vape very often most days. If I am home and vaping more, sometimes I get a little nauseated and know I have done too much and have to back off for a while. I wish I could reduce my nic but so far I seem to crave higher amounts.

My PV is glued to my lips with 18mg. I vape 6-7mls a day. If you're using nic, listen to your body for the warning signs as everyone mentioned above.

Thanks everyone for the info,especially the poll. Drinking tonight,posting drunk right now,and Vaped 3 carts of zero nic tonight. Don't feel crappy like I had chained smoked analogs.
