Zeus Problem

Received the new dual mode Zeus today. Stuck it on the charger. Light was green immediately. Took it off. Nothing. Stuck it back on the charger and the light remained green. I decided to let it charge for a couple of hours.

I take it back off the charger and still nothing. I get no light on the button either. I tried clicking it five times, etc. Nothing.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Schoolbob sir have you tried charging it via the USB connection?

I charged it on the USB side plugged into the wall adapter. A friend has a slim charger. Maybe I will try that before I RMA it.

After 3 days mine has no airflow or vapor I expected with a pricetag like these have, they would be up to better QA

Kezmatic, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Are you using our cartomizers with them? Also, will it not charge similar to what Schoolbob experienced earlier in this thread?

The light comes on, but I have no way of telling if its the battery connection or the cart. I only used the smileomizer with it and I get nothing.

I am being sent a replacement Cart as we speak. I appreciate the customer service. Top Notch! That being said, is there any suggestions on juice ratios to keep it from clogging or reducing airflow restriction?

It definitely shines with PG heavy juices. Since I got my new carts, I am once again falling in love with the Vapor Zeus. Thanks again V4L for exceptional customer service
