I've actually used all of those in the course of a weekend! Not a typical weekend but except for the redundant survival/folding knives, that's a pretty comprehensive set of tools to set up a camp. I'm not 'hard' enough to chop firewood with a machete anymore, even a ninja-to style one!

I agree that all could be used (and I already own them all), but if you were just buggin out for a week or so, they are not all necessary. I am thinking more like a disaster bag where you might have to evacuate your home, but will be returning as soon as its safe. For a SHTF bag, then all those listed get bumped up on the priority list.

Just in case you're shopping for that perfect Easter gift... My local surplus store has the "Glocklate" and chocolate bullets.
I found this link to an online supplier so you could see this. The Chocolate Glock is full size solid chocolate & very heavy. The kid who works at the surplus store told me he got one for Xmas and hasn't finished it yet...Gun Appetite!

The Internet

Hughes said there is no chance the fungus could mutate and eventually affect mammals, reptiles or birds in the way that it has affected the insect population, meaning people have little reason to worry about the potential for other “zombified” creatures lurking in the night.

But the real question is "Is there a chance the fungus could be mutated?"
