Hi everyone , and happy 4th . I just joined this forum a few weeks ago , and have only been vaping , a month and a half . (Wife too) In the past 2 weeks , I have become , what I think , is known , as a mod ..... . I have purchased 5 , off the classifieds , in that time . Now I know how women feel , at ashoe store , with a bogo sale . Anyway , have learned alot from the forums , but still lacking a few things . One of the mods I bought has a 901 connector , so I ordered a 510 adapter (I prefer 510 ) Now as to a few questions . First , I see ads on vendors sites for drip tips , 510/901 .Does this mean the same tip , will work with both atty's , or carto's ??? 2nd question , I've seen several youtube , review video's Grimgreen , is one of the reviewers . Use a 306 atty. on a mod , and I see that there is , in fact a 306 drip tip , available on the sites . What is the advantage of a 306 type atty , over a 510 ??? and are they size specific, or does the 306 , thread into a 510 connection ?? :vapor:

The 510/901 DT will fit both (attys and cartos) they are the same diameter. As you know the threading on the connector end is different though. The 306 atty is really the way to fly if you like to drip. I am partial to the Cisco 1.5ohm 306's and use them on my 3.7V MOD's. A good DT for the 306 is crucial though. I use nHalers colored and twisted DT's on my 306's. For a cooler vape with the 306 I use the Cannon DT on the 306. The 306 will burn hotter than a 510 and can mute some flavors

I agree that Cisco's 306s rock but I hate his DTs...they slip when hot. I use RTD's 306 DTs on my Cisco 306s.

for dripping, i refuse to use anything but a Pyrex d/t... they are pricey, but if you get a $20 order, shipping is free (Priority). You can get 2 (510/901, and 306 d/t's).
they are in a class above any conventional d/t's imo, meaning, juice goes down fast and stays down... The "tapered" are longer, and thus cooler.
