Mine is certainly having a time of it. All he ate was the things he shouldn't have now. Well or before for that matter!!! Meat and potatoes. I am not always able to cook. In fact he has done more of it for sometime than I have, and he is not a cook. Don't anyone tell him I said that.

Thanks for the hugs and prayers(they do work).....

Thank you CES.

Along with Getting Fit, everyone remember to get all your wellness testing.

DH and I have to do it every year for our health insurance :):) That's how we found out about dh's diabetes. He has always had high blood sugar but this year it was over the top big time!!

I despise going to the Doctor-especially when nothing is bothering me. Now the sig other is on my .... to get the wellness checkups. The first appt is mid May and I am not happy and really prefer to be left alone. LOL-He has to come and watch so he will understand how degrading it all is and why I prefer to go when I know something is amiss. Dang it, I have the weight right, I quit smoking and my attitude was much better, why ruin it all with Dr visits. Once you schedule the first, they never seem to stop :(. Doing it because it is the right thing to do, 'They say'.

Hugs Hz....thank you for the positive vibes and support. We did see the cancer specialist this week and as things stand now, no chemo; however, the Dr wanted him to take part in a clinical trial that checks the genes for the risk of recurrence. In 4 weeks will reevaluate depending on the risk % as to whether chemo would improve the odds.

I am a little worried about him as he just doesn't feel at all well. Course dealing with the new dx of diabetes also. He doesn't say anything, but I think he is having a time adjusting to it all too. He has been healthy until last year and now this year.

Need you to count those carbs for him!!!!

Prayers and positive vibes sent!

the last "annual" physical i had was pretty worthless.... heart rate, BP, do you feel ok? 10 minutes, no blood work, no labs, nada. I already track my HR and BP and i feel good...so why bother?

They take my blood -3 vials, weight, BP and then we have to go back and get the results.......so many it makes my head spin....LOL
