Plastic Taste From Clearo ???

Hey All. Looking for some insight about what could be giving me a plastic taste from my iClear 30? I put in a brand new replacement head, filled it, and gave it at least 20 minutes for the wicks to saturate. Before I took a vape from it, I even gave it several hits without firing the device to try and ensure saturation. When I took a vape, the only taste I get is plastic/burnt. *ugh* Also, I tried repositioning the plastic tip above the coils and that didn't work either. Sometimes I will get really good taste from them without making any adjustments, but it is hit and miss. Any ideas? Thanks my fellow vapers.

Have you cleaned the entire tank, might be residue from manufacturing. If a new tank.

Also what juice? Possibly it a tank eater? Some cinnamon or citrus can.

It is a chocolate mint juice. and the tank (and all parts of it) had been rinsed in very hot water and dried prior to filling. The juice is 25PG/75VG (if that makes a difference) and I have used it several times before in the same tank (except with a different head).
