question regarding e-liquid strenght

ok so I bought a 30ml bottle of ultrapure at 36 mg, but my question is what is the 'density' of the product. what I mean is

is it?
3ml=36mg total
30ml=36mg total

I guess what im trying to say is that does each ml contain 36mg of nicotine, or is the whole bottle got 36mg in it. I want strong juice but I wasn't sure if the more you get in terms of ml isn't in direct proportion of how many mg of nicotine you get.

sorry if it's confusing I just want to get the most bang for the price

36mg is strong so you should have no problems with wanting it strong.

are you cutting it down? if not, then be careful with that amount. It's pretty high! If you experience any ........ or a constant headache I would recommend cutting it, but if not, then enjoy!
