+1 to what both Baditude and Chimney said. A good quality pyrex tank can be had for a little premium over a good quality poly tank and has the bonus of never having to think twice over what juice you put in it. Also the tanks are a breeze to learn to use, in my case it was much easier than I expected.
The hardest part was getting comfortable with punching my own cartos, but that can be easily avoided by buying pre-punched. Cheers!
