One the battery will last all day and not run out half way through the day or only a couple hours.

Hark all ye kindly homosapens for a brief introduction. I wasn't planning on making one, yet the head honcho moderator person (not sure of his proper title) had wrote a most heartfelt message of which empowered myself to make a short post here.

There's not much else outside of what's in my bio that I can say, other than that I'm happy to meet the acquaintance of few here already. I'm in the beginning stages of chasing some massive clouds, perhaps to a degree whereupon I may have trouble seeing my computer monitor.

All is well and good however, for I have quit cigarettes. In Canada we call them darts, Australia, as I take it, durries, and in the UK, something that I might get in trouble for saying. Not sure what other words exist for them but I'd be elated to learn of any that you may now of.

I have smoked for 4 years and have spent a number of years in the conventional consumer-based sphere of the vaping scene.

My latest and present setup is a Hadron Pro with a Smok TFV18 running 100-120w typically. After learning about RDAs/RDTAs I have been enamoured and am now at the beginning of a fun new adventure. A most great aspect too will be saving on having to purchase sub-ohm coils.

Hi all of you here and there. I'm new to building decks and I was wondering if someone might have advice on how to best reach my projected goals.

I made a big purchase yet I do expect to save somewhat in the long run.

My current build is a Steam Crave Hadron Pro (400w) with a Smok TFV18 tank running at 100w with 6mg freebase eliquid.

I have in my mind that it'd be nifty to reach 200w and cut that nic amount in half. I'm learning however that higher watts does not always mean higher vapour production. This is where my analytical black&white thinking malfunctions, leaving me in a state of complete subjectivity and questioning.


Since I am enamoured with Steam Crave I ordered the Titan V2 kit which includes the Aromamizer Titan V2 41mm RDTA. With that I got a few 100ml bottles with 3mg nic, 4 Ohmtec HomeWork2 18650 batteries (2547mAh 25.3A), cotton, a toolkit, Hellvape N90 Competition Wire (0.09ohm / inch - 23g), Hellvape FAT RABBIT 28mm RTA and some Steam Crave prebuild coils (3.2 Tri Core Fused Clapton).

...I suspect the latter coils in a dual setup is probably a 100w range so I figure 6mg nicotine will be needed for that.


With all the above I think that I can reach 200w but I can't figure out how many wraps and such. As well, it appears that although one can reach higher watts with fewer wraps due to lower resistance, it may conversely result in a hotter vape and a greater risk of burning coils.


Any thoughts on this? I so much adore cloud chasing but I'm struggling to figure out the ins-and-outs. Steamengine doesn't allow you to set a custom number of wraps to determine wattage output ranges which has been frustrating.

I asked AI and the best I could get for an answer on reaching 200w with the above wire is as follows (@ 3mm ID wraps):

Any and all thoughts are welcome. You can even assert I'm a crazy n00b wannabe vaping legend or whatevs lol! The 200w range is a lofty and perhaps impractical goal.
