I just wanted to give a shout out today to Hoosier E-Cig. In a time when its hard to find any great ejuice and equipment vendors left, i have definitely found one. The initial transaction did not go smoothly and what happened after is why i wanted to give them a big thumbs up here. I placed an order for some ejuice and then realized i chose the wrong nic level. I called their company and spoke to someone over the phone and they said they would take care of making a change and let the owners know before it was fulfilled. In the meantime just to be safe i also emailed the company and asked if the nic level could be changed or should the order be canceled and i reorder.
Well some miscommunication happened and the order ended up being canceled and i was notified but at the time of day it was there was no way i was going to be able to reorder and get it shipped the same day. Plus i was out shopping and wasnt able to just reorder right away. Now let me say this is not the first time a mistake has happened with a company and certainly wont be the last. We all know things happen, that's life. It was frustrating and i was pretty upset but i got over it and went home and did a new order.
Now here is the amazing part. They must have grabbed that order the very second it came in, i recieved a notification it was being filled minutes later and then another notification with tracking that it was shipped by ups a few minutes after that. This all happened 2 days ago and my order is arriving today on Christmas Eve. This was incredible service by them no matter how things might have started out and i know i will continue to be a long time customer of theirs just because of the amazing service alone.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS


Opening the package you are greeted with the device resting in a foam cutout, below is a box containing the user manual, USB-C to USB-C charge cord and a warning card. Only 1 pod ships with the device ( 0.8Ω ). I find the device to be attractive and like the gradient color change. Magnets for the pod are strong as well as the dust cap cover that attaches to the bottom of the device. As I always do when testing a device with a internal battery I plugged it in for charging but it was fully charged. I would like to thank Alisa and Innokin for providing the extra pod packs shown in my first picture of the kit below ( they don't come with the kit ).
