I went to urgent care after work today to get my leg checked that’s been bothering me. The doctor said that she thinks it’s sciatica and gave me prescriptions for prednisone and a nerve pain medicine. She also asked about physical therapy and said she’d have them call me next week. It’s not cheap but I think it’ll be worth it.
Hope that works for you.

Hi, Fran, I hope that your zoo outing was enjoyable!
Not too much new here, I did have some work today so that kept me out of mischief for a bit.
We're going to have a heat wave starting Sunday that will have "feels like" temps over 100.

I hope you enjoy a good weekend :)
Hi,gloop.:) The zoo was enjoyable. I had a staring contest with a orangutan. I lost.

re: PT - if you're lucky, your health insurance will cover most/all of the cost. They covered 8 weeks of sessions for me before I retired. Sorry you're dealing with leg pain, it's not fun, but hope that it gets better over time.
We had different insurance when my wife had PT but it was pretty expensive as insurance didn’t cover that much. I’ll have to check our new plan to see what they cover.

It was certainly worth it for me. The exercises were/are easy and gentle, work well. My insurance covered 12 weeks. Good luck!

Wanted Rebuildable cartomizer

There was a guy here years ago who built files listing mods and tanks. He posted the files regularly and asked folks to contribute stuff he didn't have in the files. He did it as a historical record. The files got pretty big, but I haven't seen them for a long time.

Help with desired coil/wire build

Hey, I'm fairly new to building coils. Been vaping since 2015 between sub ohm pre builds and premade coils. Just started getting into actually building my own coils. Which brings me to my question. I'm currently running a double twist with 22 gauge Kanthal a1, on a duel coil RTA with 6 wraps. I'm not getting much flavor, but a decent cloud. Not so much into the could chasing anymore.

I'm curious if I should change up my wire before I do another twisted or if I could change the twist. Any thoughts?
