Random DIY mixing and More

According to my watch, we have 52 right now. Talk about a big change from last week! The wife wants me to wash the garage floor today since we’ve been dragging in a bunch of crud from driving in the snow. I really don’t mind. It’s easy to do and makes her happy.
We have 39.

Random DIY mixing and More

Finished my chores for the day so I have 6 mods lined up on the kitchen table for new coils. Decided to get rid of 3 flavors that were OK at first but didn't grow on me. This evening I'll be digging out my new blackberry flavors and giving that a shot. Getting low on a couple of new ones, lemon and mango. Can't decide whether I'm ready to go ahead and make large bottles of them.

Wife started making bread, which is nice. But she immediately filled up the freezer with flour and other stuff. I decided to get a garage freezer because I like to make large pots of food and store it in the freezer in single portions.

I want an upright with a front door because I hate having to root around in a chest. I want around 12 cu ft. They arrive in big cardboard boxes and the reviews show that around a 1/3 of them arrive with various levels of damage, and the sellers make them really hard to return.

I just discovered Wayfair. For an extra $40 you can get a deliver to room option where they take them inside and unpack them. And they make returns really easy

I never heard of garage ready. They are designed to work at down to 0 degrees so once in a rare while I might have to turn some heat on in the garage room.

Anyone have recommendations for garage freezers.

I about made a stupid mistake. I started to mix the LMN# in a 50ml bottle but luckily remembered part way through that the recipe is for 90ml and transferred the contents to a bigger bottle. I realized while I was down there that I was down to about 30ml of Charlie’s raspberry double custard so mixed another 100ml of it. I miss seeing Charlie on the forum.

I did manage to clean bottles and recovered some 10 and 50ml plastic bottles. I’m about ready to order some new ones. These have been cleaned a few times. It’s been a long time since I ordered any and will have to try to figure out where to get them. I think last time I got the 50’s from Amazon.
Is good you caught your mistake.

I really like a device to have a simple lock switch these days because is so easy to turn the device off with just a flick of the switch rather than either going into the menu to turn the device off like some devices have or the usual 5 quick presses of the fire button ( a switch is easier and faster ).

There are 2 power modes which are the normal mode ( Blue screen ) and the DIY mode, in DIY mode you have a red screen. The round robin feature is also on this chipset.

Final impressions

As I have mentioned earlier the Centaurus Sub Tank is on of my favorites because of the flavor the UB Max coils produce as well as the smooth airflow albeit on the noisy side.

The Centaurus N100 is a solid performer as well being so simple to operate and having a lock switch. When I say simple I mean simple.

* Wattage Lock/Unlock - 3 quick Presses Of The Fire Button

* Changing Power Modes - 5 Quick Presses Of The Fire Button

* Power Off - Flip The Lock Switch

My only con is the movement of the side panels be it ever so slight it is still noticeable and I'm not a fan of the jog dial but once you set your wattage and lock it from being adjusted you wont need to adjust it so it's really no big deal, the dial does stick out a bit but in the time I've been testing it I have had no issues with it.

Having the Quest 2.0 chipset inside is the biggest plus for the Centaurus N100 device. If you don't mind a bit of wiggle from the side panels this makes a great choice for either a new vaper or a seasoned one.

I would like to thank Sue and Heath Cabin for providing the Centaurus N100 Kit for the purpose of my review. I would also like to thank all of you that read my reviews.

THANK YOU

Babe in the Woods with bad Bumps in my Mouth - HELP!!!

5% nic is equivalent to 50mg. Maybe drop the percentage of nic.
Hi JW, now I love vaping, a whole lot better than 2pks of cigarettes a day, but I’m noticing broken blood vessels and bruises worse than I’ve ever had. I’ve been doing 5050 salts of different brands and flavors at only 5%, as you suggested to lower nic from 55. Is it the juice? I have a vaporesso mod/pod 3ml pen and I go thru about 3ml per day. If you had to guess, what can I do differently to make the bruising stop? I can’t afford to smoke cigarettes anymore and frankly they make me cough and sick to my stomach now. Any info you can share on this is desperately needed and greatly appreciated

Well looking at a post on Reddit about Postnord shipping, I think mine still has to go through customs, which his did after ISC New York NY. So I don't think I'll get it tomorrow.

Design
The OXPOD Elite stands out with its premium leather finish, which adds elegance and grip to the device. Its compact size and lightweight build (just 59g) make it highly portable and comfortable to carry.

The device features a simple draw-activation system, removing the need for buttons. The minimalist LED indicator discreetly displays battery status, blending functionality with style.

Pods
The pods are refillable with a generous 8ml capacity, reducing the hassle of frequent refilling. They use a 0.8Ω mesh coil, optimized for flavorful vapor production and smooth MTL (mouth-to-lung) hits. The magnetic connection is strong, ensuring the pod stays securely in place. I am pretty sure this is the biggest pod capacity I have ever used, maybe that’s out there at all.

Performance
The 1300mAh battery is a major highlight, providing all-day usage even for frequent vapers. Combined with the efficient USB-C fast charging, downtime is minimal.

The 0.8Ω mesh coil delivers excellent flavor reproduction and satisfying vapor density. This coil is ideal for both nicotine salts and regular e-liquids, making it versatile for different preferences.

However, there is a noticeable issue with leaking. Over time, liquid tends to seep from the pod into the battery compartment, which can be frustrating and may impact the device's longevity. While it doesn't affect performance immediately, regular cleaning is necessary to avoid buildup.

The adjustable airflow slider is a great addition, allowing users to fine-tune their draw preference. The draw-activation is also responsive, ensuring a seamless experience.

Pros
- Great battery life: 1300mAh capacity outlasts many similar pod systems.
- Large pod capacity: 8ml pods reduce the need for constant refills.
- Stylish and durable design: Leather finish adds a premium touch.
- Great flavor and vapor production: Thanks to the 0.8Ω mesh coil.
- Fast charging: USB-C ensures quick recharges.

Cons
- Limited coil options: Currently, only the 0.8Ω coil is available.
- Leak issues: E-liquid can leak from the pod into the battery compartment over time.

Verdict
The OXPOD Elite is a standout pod system that caters to vapers looking for convenience, durability, and performance in one stylish package. With its robust 1300mAh battery and 8ml pod capacity, it’s perfect for extended vaping sessions without interruptions.

While the lack of adjustable airflow and limited coil options may not suit every preference, the overall design and functionality make it a reliable option. If you’re in search of a compact, elegant device with strong performance, the OXPOD Elite is worth considering.
