I’d like to think so. I get a lot of steps in during the work day and some lifting but I don’t know that it’s aerobic. For my five days I’m going to try to get two during the weekend so I only have to do three during the week. I don’t know that I’ll get 30 minutes aerobic each of the five but some is better than none.

We are going to go to Sam’s Club if the wife ever gets ready. There are some items that they don’t stock anymore so I have to put together an online order for those and other items that they don’t ship so have to go to the store for those unless I order over $50 then they will deliver from the store. However with the heat we’ve been having then there’s stuff you don’t want sitting in the sun on the front porch. It’s like they figure out a way to get you in the store one way or another.

Dead rabbit solo; just ordered 5 more from sourcemore. Brought it to work today and working like a champ, no gurgling or leaking. Suspect the MRs aren't going to last as long as I will.
