Gotta try Home Chef! You can plan all the meals out months in advance, and all the recipes are on the site. Even all the past ones.
My wife and I have tried Plated, Hello Fresh, and Home Chef. Home Chef is by far the winner (by a great margin), but we never tried Blue Apron.

I will give it a try for sure, enjoyed blue apron for about 6 months and then for some reason, the produce started to be really sketchy!!
