Hi aarcoleo, Sorry about the pics, for they are certainly not great. I posted some better ones that show the pmma/sides better. The tank may bulge a hair but hardly at all. Also, in most of the pics, the tank is not screwed in as tight as it can go. When you screw everything down the tank sits much more flush with the metal parts. Hope that helps!

Tom mate i didnt want to write this on the forum but i also visit Uk Vapers, you would have to sign up if you havent already and go to rebuildable atomizers then show me your coils, you will see a lot of very intricate braiding stuff you dont see on ecf 
No doubt, I'll check it out...there aren't that many seasoned builders on ecf I've noticed, only a few of us. And it wouldn't be a lie if I said I was never in the UK, my girl was born in Surrey, but moved to the USA when her parents split. She still has a flat in London, and we do stay there for a month here and there, so I guess I could sign up on UK vapers haha
I should have asked for your email or handle there so I could use you as a referrer. Damn. What is it?

Just so you see it, http://www.rockymountainvapor.com/ has a 25% off sale, I just put in an order for more 1.2 ohm cotton coils and regular 1.5 oh coils for the GS Air, unfortunately the 1.5 ohm coils I think i got the last one in stock, but sweet-vapes has them. :)
