► Lost Vape Centaurus M100 Kit; First Impressions:
The Centaurus M100 has a classic and simple design, but the thing that immediately catches the eye is that the usual 3 adjustment buttons are not present, but instead there is an adjustable knob or "potentiometer" with a triple integrated key lock function, LED notifications and power adjustment. Switching the Mod on and off is instead done via a quick sliding button underneath the display. For me it is always a great satisfaction to receive a Mod from the "Centaurus" line for my tests because I have always believed that Lost Vape is one of the most prestigious brands in the entire Chinese Vaping industry, in fact this manufacturer has always used for its premium production of DNA chipsets, and for some years it has developed simplified electronics called "Quest" to offer the same devices at a lower price. In the image below you can see the Centaurus M100 kit from this test which is equipped with Centaurus Sub Coo Tank. Lost Vape kindly sent me two beautiful colors of this kit one is called "Midnight Blue" and the other "Knight Black".



The two side panels of the M100 (as we will see later) can be removed by inserting a fingernail into the appropriate recesses found on the bottom of the Mod.
The steel plate with 510 connection is slightly raised to avoid scratches when you turn the atomizers on it, also the plate is screwed onto the top of the mod in a central position, the pin is gold plated and is spring loaded. Centaurus M100 can accommodate tanks up to 26mm without protrusions.



The two removable panels of M100 Mod are identical to each other, both show the large circular Centaurus logo in the center which is white, what changes between these two panels are the identifying writings; on one side read "Centaurus" and on the other read "Lost vape". The rectangular form factor of M100 is rounded on the sides and has well-radius and rather soft curves, the feeling in the hand is comfortable. The structure of the Mod seems really strong thanks to the use of zinc alloy for the frame, while to keep the weight of this kit Lost Vape has used aluminum for the removable panels.

I see an issue the tobacco industry might find with flavor bans: it might not go well for them.

On the surface tobacco companies should love favor bans. Flavoring is what allows people to make money on juice, and it’s something they aren’t allowed to use. But I wonder if it will. Here’s the problem: the concept that e-cigs are even close to as dangerous to one’s health is prevalent, but it’s largely BS. And BS has a way of getting debunked eventually. So while there will always be a few people who actually believe the earth is flat the vast majority won’t. This is actually true of the political right too l. It’s fairly rare for conservatives to believe that the earth is flat. Only a few actually do. It’s actually an advantage because the people that don’t use it as ammunition to show their supposed sanity before talking about other stuff. (Just because you don’t believe THE most tested theory in the history of humankind {ref: Loran-c. Literally every time one got used, so maybe a couple million? And that’s just one device of hundreds} doesn’t mean there isn’t other stuff that is also bad. It’s just the most visibly ridiculous) Here’s the problem:

Even flavorless tastes better than cigarettes.

That they’re also drastically less likely to kill you ugly is something that seems to have been more-or-less successfully obfuscated by “anti-smoking” groups that, well, aren’t. But it can’t last forever.

The kids that are already hopelessly addicted won’t move to cigs. At least not much. It won’t help. The cigarette companies are likely pushing for a complete ban, because only then will the hopelessly addicted be pushed to cigarettes and start dying in droves years from now. Design
The design of the device is a bit different from what I am used to. At first it seems a bit bulky for some reason, but the device feels comfortable to hold and comes in a color representing the flavor that you got. It has smooth, rounded edges and doesn’t punch you in the face with branding. The branding on there is just a subtle black bar with the brand “Maskking” on there. On the back it says the flavor you have and on the front is a hidden screen. You don’t even see the little screen it has on the front, cause it’s completely hidden inside the housing. You only see the little LED’s showing you the battery percentage and the percentage of juice you have left, after taking a hit.



Flavors
Both flavors of this device are extremely accurate, but I definitely preferred the watermelon flavor. I personally didn’t notice all that much ice on the flavor, but that was a good thing to me. It’s something to keep in mind though, if you are really looking for that icy flavor, cause if you ask me, that wasn’t that noticeable in these ones, as in some other vapes I’ve tried.



Watermelon Ice
Honestly a very true watermelon flavor. Not like eating an actual watermelon, but definitely a recognizable flavor if you’ve ever had watermelon candies or something else with that artificial watermelon flavor. You either love it or you hate it, I think, but I personally loved this one.



Grape Ice
As soon as I opened this package, I was hit with that well known smell from the grape flavor. Anyone who has ever vaped something with a grape flavor, probably knows exactly what I am talking about. It felt like one of the only fruit flavors a few years ago, so we have probably all tasted it. I used to like it, but I noticed I don’t really like grape flavors anymore. That’s just my personal flavor and preference. If you still like that typical grape vape flavor, this one is definitely for you.



Performance
The dual mesh coil in these devices offer a great flavor experience. It does have a tight draw though. I don’t know if this is from the dual mesh or just because it’s a 1.2 ohm coil, but the draw was very tight to me personally. I like a tight draw, but this one was even tighter than I’m used to. At first it took a little getting used to, but it didn’t take long before I really enjoyed the draw this device gives you. We also can’t deny that the device’s 12k puff count is something really impressive. I also personally really appreciate that little discrete screen the device has built in.

Verdict
The Maskking Axi 12000 brings some cool features to the table, with an impressive puff count, a variety of flavors to cater to different tastes, and the added bonus of an internal LED screen. Despite the tight draw and the subtlety of the ice flavor, if you're in for a disposable vape adventure with a sleek design and reliable performance, the Axi 12000 could be your go-to.
