Looks like I'll be moving on to my 27th device. Two more broke...

Both were smok Nord GTs. The first one was probably my fault since it got wet. The other POS just says, "power lock" and doesn't change. I've tried everything to fix it. Held down both buttons, then clicked the power button. Click the power three, five times, etc., etc. if Apple, Samsung or any company for that matter made their products as ....ty as the vapes from China, they'd be out of business. Maybe I'll go for a Geek Vape mod next. After that breaks, maybe I'll try vaporesso. I'm not sure what to do after that breaks. I've even considered getting the disposables, but I can only find them in high nicotine levels and it hurts my throat.

Disposables have a place in the market but, for someone already using refillable devices, not something to use regularly, imo.

Your Nord GT probably came w/ a manual that should tell you how to lock & unlock it. It may be faulty, though.

If you want longevity, i'd suggest you consider getting a mod kit that takes a separate battery rather than a built-in battery pod device. There are many options from several companies.

You mentioned Vaporesso. Their Luxe & Xros pod kits have good reputations but maybe you should consider something like an Armour S kit. They're built to be durable & the coils are known for great flavor. i'd bet it would last you much longer than any SMOK pod device.

Other companies have good reputations for durable, quality products, too. Innokin & Eleaf are 2 of them. Innokin's Coolfire Z80 or Eleaf's iStick Pico Plus kits are both small & light -- like pod devices -- & might serve you well. Vapefly's Kriemhild 80W kit is a very simple, variable wattage only, device that comes w/ a pod-tank (sort of a hybrid of a pod & tank). The manufacturer is known for quality & a kit like that could suit you well.

If you're willing to spend some real money, there are mods not made in China & known for longer-term durability. Dicodes has a great reputation, for example. Their Danibox Micro + any decent tank might work for you if you're okay w/ paying for higher quality & dealing w/ a little more complexity.

Thank you once again for taking the time out to help me. It really means a lot. So I checked out every single vape you mentioned, looked at the specs and read the reviews. I have decided to go with the Luxe XR Max. Even though I've been vaping for awhile, I'm always confused by which coil to get. I would say I'm a mouth to lung vaper. These are the coils they had listed: 0.2Ω,0.4Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.2Ω

Could you recommend which coil would be best to get? Thank you!

i'd suggest you try the 0.8 & 1.2 for MtL. You may like 1 better or like them both.
Play w/ the airflow adjustment as well as the wattage to get the vape you like, too.
Good luck.

I like my vaporesso , it smooth, but I need to get one with a bit higher watts , cause of the vg being high in what I like to vape . Callburn great too but pods go faster .
