Unboxing and first impressions:

Time to open the box and check it out, proper packaging and all the contents are neatly organized in the box.

Curious to see what the mod feels like, hold it in my left hand (I'm a lefty) and oh boy this is one rugged mamma jamma of a mod.

Tank wise it does seem well made but something seems off,i think it's the bottom part of the atomizer the base if you will...that metal part just seems too big and out of place.

Vaping time:

Ok well here we go,my procedure when it comes to reviews is to first of all prime the coil then fill the tank and let it rest and soak up the sweet nectar of the gods while i fiddle around with the mod itself.

While i let the 0.15 ohm coil get moist with my e-liquid i took the time to check out the mod in more detail.

I got large hands so the mod did seem a bit small for my gigantic ogre sized hands but when i held up the mod those worries went away.

Nice sensation when gripping the mod and it didn't really feel heavy to me but then again i do love me some chunky and bulky mods.

Turn the mod over and oh goodie!! Screw cap baby!!
Some may not like it but i love them,a well made screw cap is the way to go.
In my case the screw cap was really smooth, screwed it in and out a couple of times to get the feel for it.
With screw caps and when screwing them on it's always a good idea to turn in the opposite direction when you want to screw it back in,just a slight turn until you feel you have picked up the ridge then you can screw the cap back in.

With mods like this that advertise the roughness and durability i like to perform a squeeze test and yes it's exactly how it sounds.

With the battery in i squeezed the mod 3 of 4 times with a pretty strong grip, kept my ear open and clean of overabundance of ear wax ready for any weird tics, tacs, clicks, clacks and other assorted noises i might pick up.
Nope, well done mod where everything is assembled properly, this mod has a well deserved IP-68 rating.

Once i turned on the mod i look at the screen, nice 0.96′ display screen that shows all the pertinent info you may need in your vaping sessions.

Menu/Command walk thru:

-Turn on/off = Press fire button 5 times within 2 seconds
-Lock/Unlock +/- buttons = press and hold + and – at the same time.
-Adjust power = press +/- to turn power up/down
-Mode Setting = Press fire 3 times within 2 seconds, use +/- to change the mode, then press and hold fire or leave idle for 5 seconds to save the option
-Lock/Unlock Resistance (ohms) = press fire 3 times, when the mode setting is activated, press fire 1 time to highlight resistance. Press ‘-‘ to lock/unlock. When locked the V will change into a padlock icon
-Set W in TC mode = press fire 3 times, when the mode setting is activated, press fire 1 time to highlight W, then use +/- to set the wattage.
-Set VPC = set the mode to VPC, then fire once to move down to p1, use +/- to set the wattage, press fire once to move to p2 and repeat.
-Battery Rating Feature = Install fully charged battery and make sure a (any) tank is installed. Then in the mode settings select “Rate Battery”, press fire and wait.
-Set theme colour = press fire and “-” simultaneously, use +/- to change the option and press fire to select and save
-Screen Brightness = Press fire and + at the same time, press +/- to adjust, then fire to save.
-Factory Reset = Turn device off, long press + and – simultaneously for 2 seconds. When the version number is displayed, press fire, + and – simultaneously, then press +/- to select yes or no.

You folks know me,I'm a simple vaper so after cycling thru all the options of said mod i settled in wattage mod like i always do.

Keep in mind this device also has a feature called Unitool which you can download from:

https://www.oxva.com/pages/unibox

If you're into the tech side of vaping and like to have a lot of options this part if for you.
With Unitool you will be able to change a lot of parameters of the mod and the way it functions when you vape.

I did install said program and took a look around, didn't really change anything since well you know I'm ''simple'' but if you a vaping nerd this program will give you plenty of features to play around with.

Once done all this and the coil properly soaked it was time to give it a go.
Started with the 0.15 oh coil which i used for 2 days then switched to the 0.3ohm,both coils gave a nice flavorful vape with plenty of cloud production.

Flavor wise i did seem to get more out of the 0.30 ohm coil, even if it's rated for 30-40w i settled in at 28 watts which was my sweet point.

This is the coil i have been using the most.pod itself gave no problems so far,no leaking and no odd coil ratings (where the values go up or down).
Filling the pod? well that was easy enough but personally i am not a fan of filling thru the bottom nor those rubber tabs i have to remove so i can fill the pod...just not my thing.

Pros:

-Strong mod, will last you a long time
-Nice grip and shape
-Waterproof,dust-proof and shockproof
-Pod works
-Battery screw cap (pro in my book but that is just personal taste)
-Unitool is there for all those that want to ''customize'' their vape sessions

Cons:

-18650 battery? guess it's ok but 21700 would have been better
-Text and numbers on the screen just looked way too ''pixelated'' to me
-Nothing really new,mod+pod like tank...meh,been there...seen that,done that.

Would i recommend this device:

Nothing at fault with the mod/pod itself,it all worked perfectly so if you looking for a kit for your vaping needs this is a nice kit to choose.

As usual here you have a code in case you decide to acquire this kit:

Thanks again to all my friends at Sourcemore for giving me the opportunity to review this kit.

Closed/Sold Provari Radius screens

Bit of a random request, I had gifted a couple of my old Radius mods to my brother when I quit vaping, who long story short through 100% fault of his own has broken the ribbons on 2 screens!!

so in need of a couple of screens if anyone knows where might sell them, I very much doubt they were made by Provape themselves? thought I should try and fix these 2 classics before giving up and selling them as spares or repair.

LOST VAPE THELEMA SOLO 100 REVIEWED BY BIGBOB2322

Once again I welcome all of you to today's review of the Thelema Solo 100 manufactured by Lost Vape, I would like to thank Sue from Healthcabin for sending this device for the purpose of my review, you can purchase it from them using this link Lost Vape Thelema Solo 100W Mod. Lost Vape decided to make a much more affordable version that is very close to the costly DNA version at a fraction of the price using the Quest 2.0 chipset that in my opinion is the closest chipset on the market today to a DNA. I've reviewed the Thelema Quest 200 along with the Centaurus Quest BF Kit that uses the same chipset so I'm very familiar with it.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Shipping presentation was good with a box inside a sleeve containing the device , charge cord and 18650 battery adaptor are inside a White rectangle box of there own next to the device. The user manual and warranty card complete the contents of what's included.

I was sent the Stainless Steel Mineral Green color and although it's not my first color choice of the Solo 100 it looks good, I wish the leather covering the spine and sides of the C-Frame cover had some cushiony give to it instead of being hard. The woodgrain looks good and the printing of LOST VAPE on 1 side and THELEMA SOLO on the other in the center of it actually highlights the woodgrain.

Picking the device up I quickly discovered it is no lightweight Mod, it's in that goldilocks category for a device that takes a single 21700 battery though. Build quality feels rock solid and with no sharp edges on the Solo hand comfort is great using either your finger or thumb to fire it.

20220515_102654.jpg

The top cap fits a 26mm atomizer without overhang but a 25mm looks better because of the double bump out look once the battery cover in in place, the 510 pin fit many atomizers I connected to it without any gap between the base and there is also a good amount of travel to the pin and it's quite stiff. The top plate appears to be screwed directly into the Mod using 3 attachment screws for a very solid connection.

20220519_141527.jpg

20220515_120459.jpg

I'm a big fan of C-Frame style devices as the Thelema Solo 100 is, I've never had any problems with the C-Frame style in the past except on 1 device that had a bit of wiggle room to it. The Solo 100 has a perfect fit for the battery cover on the one that was sent to me.

Magnets on the battery C-Frame cover lock into place on the device very securely and require some effort to pull the C-Frame battery cover off the device, once the cover is removed you can see where the battery connection placement is.

When inserting your battery connect the top which is the positive + first and remember that it is spring loaded so you will need to push up when connecting. Battery polarity is clearly marked with a positive + symbol at the top and a negative - symbol at the bottom of the connection point. Whatever battery option you choose to use either a 21700 or 18650 with the supplied adaptor use care when installing and removing the battery because they fit into the device very tightly.

20220520_140131.jpg

Looking at the screen you can see every bit of information that you need is nicely placed in a easy to read grid, granted you don't get to use your own wallpaper or have the replay function of a DNA chipset but the 3 pre-sets and 3 pre-heat modes of the Quest 2.0 chipset work great, SOFT, NORMAL, HARD. Ohm load measurement is very accurate and having a battery % reading along with a battery bar is a nice feature. The Thelema Solo 100 also has the round robin feature.

USING THE MENU

Lost Vape made their menu system very easy to operate by using a menu button. To enter the menu or make wattage, voltage, temp or seconds adjustments simply press the middle button, that is your menu button. First using the up or down buttons move to the selection that you want to adjust, once there press the menu button and your selection will become highlighted, now use the up or down button to adjust your selection. In the settings section there are many options to chose from.

* Atomizer - ( Resistance Check )

* Screen - ( Brightness Control )

* Color - ( Display Screen Colors ) Blue, Yellow, White, Red, Green, Purple

* User - ( 3 individual Presets For You To Set However You Like )

* Reset - ( Clears The Puff Counter And Reset The Device )

* On/Off - 5 Quick Presses Of The Fire Button

* Wattage, Voltage, Temperature, And VPC Lock/Unlock - Press And Hold The Up And Down Buttons Simultaneously

20220515_125107.jpg

I really like the feel of the Thelema Solo 100 watt device because it's very comfortable holding in the hand when firing using your thumb or finger, the build of it is solid. I knew I would like the device because it carries the Quest 2.0 chipset that has never failed on me in the time I used any Lost Vape device that features it. My personal rotation of devices includes 2 Lost Vape devices that use the quest 2.0 chipset.

Although the Green device that was sent to me would not have been my first choice in color it has grown on me and I will continue using it for some time to come.

FINAL IMPRESSIONS

WINNER, WINNER WINNER is how I can describe the Thelema Solo 100 to you, having the Quest 2.0 chip and being a C-Frame device pretty much sealed the deal for me, as all Lost Vape devices I've reviewed in the past the Thelema Solo 100 is build solid as a rock.

This device was really made for a single 21700 battery and having a choice to use a 18650 with the included adaptor for those of you that don't have have any 21700's or prefer to use 18650 batteries is a nice option.

In the weight department the Solo falls in that just right Goldilocks category not being to light or heavy when holding.

The Quest 2.0 chipset in my opinion really is the best one in the market other than the DNA that it rivals. Having 8 power modes should make everyone happy and having 3 user pre-sets is really great for people that like to switch to different Atomizers that have different builds in each.

Every vaper is different and like there vape in different ways as well, some like a softer vape while others like a more aggressive start to there vape and having 3 pre-heat options that the Quest 2.0 has should cover that. ( SOFT ) ( NORMAL ) ( HARD )

So in closing I would highly recommend the Lost Vape Thelema Solo 100w device because it is such a great performer with good looks as well.

I would like to thank Sue and Healthcabin for providing the Thelema Solo 100 device for the purpose of my review.

THANK YOU

Closed/Sold GeekVape M100 KIT Rainbow NEW/NEVER USED!

I purchased two of these kits (the first one I fell in love with) so I purchased a backup because I loved it so much. HOWEVER, I only opened the second kit to confirm there was no issues with it, it has NOT been used, PERIOD! Everything that comes with the kit, is included. I'm selling the backup kit because I've gotten a bit carried away lately with buying and I need to get a CC paid off. GeekVape did a really nice job with the Rainbow - it's really stunning in person!

Payment: $50 (I take PayPal & Zelle), I prefer Zelle though because it's free to use to both parties (please no mentioning of E-Cigarettes/Vaping when making payment).

S/H: Free to the lower 48 states only.

Thanks!

Lost Vape Cyborg Quest 100W Mod by Delores

Hello everybody! Once again, Sourcemore has sent me something fabulous to review – The Lost Vape Cyborg Quest 100W Mod.

DSC_5251 (2).JPG

It’s no secret I’m a big Lost Vape fan, but this one is a little different. Same great performance in a reasonably priced device, but with a kind of futuristic aesthetic.

The specs:

  • Dimensions: 104 x 32.6 x 44.2mm

  • Battery: 21700 or 18650

  • Input Voltage: 5V

  • Battery Voltage: 3.0 – 4.2V

  • Output Voltage: 0.7 – 8.0V

  • Power Range: 5-100W

  • Temperature Range: 200F – 600F (100C – 315C)

  • Coil Resistance Supported: 0.1 – 5.0ohm

  • Coil Material Supported: Nickel/Titanium/SS316/SS904/Kanthal
DSC_5254 (2).JPG

In the box you’ll get

  • 1 x Cyborg Quest 100W Mod

  • 1 x Type C Charge Cable

  • 1 x User Manual

  • 1 x 18650 Battery Adapter

  • 1 x Warranty Card
DSC_5261 (2).JPG

Since the Cyborg Quest comes with the Quest 2.0 chip, it’s super simple to use. Press Up and Down together to lock/unlock. Click the fire button 5x to turn on and off. Use the Up and Down buttons to highlight what you want to change, and hit the select button, scroll through the options with the Up and Downs, and hit select again.

In Settings/Atomizer you can measure your coil, and adjust the boost. In Screen you can adjust the brightness, in Color you can select from blue, yellow, white, green, red, or purple. User allows you to make presets for up to three user profiles. Reset clears the puff count.

My first impression as I took this mod out of the box was LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT BEAST! And truth be told, if I’d picked it up in a shop, I would have passed on it. It does not look all that huge online. In person it’s kind of intimidating. I’m a small person with small hands so I didn’t think this would be very comfortable to hold – I can just barely ‘pinky under’ and still fire it – but with the exoskeleton design, I can keep a grip on it just fine.

IMG_0732.jpg

The design is very handsome, and the finish and fit are flawless. The body is zinc-alloy in a matte and satin finish, no worries about fingerprints here.

I’d also like to point out that I have a 25.5mm RDTA on it, and there’s still a bit of room left if you need a mod for your larger RBA.

IMG_0738.jpg

I’ve been using it in Power and Temp Ni80 and it performs very well. Very easy on the battery – I’m using a 21700 and getting as good or better life as any mod I own.

Boost is more functional on this mod than most. There’s a real difference between the L, M and H, and Low is all I need. It seems like this aids in not using so much battery. Power almost feels like it’s running in Temp. Nice consistent hits, even if it sits a while. And IMHO, that consistency is good for the coil. I tried the same RDTA on two other mods with the same coils and juice and did not get the flavor, the vapor, or the coil life that I got when it was paired with this mod. This is something I have found to be true of all my Lost Vape mods, and why I remain a fan.

Due to the shape, I was worried it might tip easily, but it’s very steady on its base, probably in part because it’s rather heavy.

IMG_0734.jpg

The size… That’s the only negative thing I can say about it, and likely that won’t be an issue for all. Everything else is outstanding. The design of the body, how it feels, how well it performs, all top notch.

You can get the Cyborg Quest at Sourcemore for $32.88 with code CQ100M

Thanks, Sourcemore, for the opportunity to review this mod!

This zombie of an atomizer I made...

Well, here is what being broke does to your brain...
Yes, that is a ....ty smok vape pen 22 knockoff atomizer that was hard built into my first vape which went bamoosh 1 week after I got it (classic smok)
And me being broke, I used to rewick my vaporesso revenger x's gt coils, when all of them got so old that their legs broke, then I remembered the atomizer of my first vape that I cut off with a dremel :D
The aluminium never held solder, so I had to improvize...
I cut off the threads of the old gt coil and used it to power this bad boy up, and decided to upload it for your enjoyment.

And well, Im gonna keep this short and this is not who and how I am, but Im going through really rough times nowadays and because of the economy of my country, 1 usd equals like 25 usd of yours, so if you want to make someone who you never met incredibly happy with just a few dollars, it is really hard for me to say this but maybe you would like to send me thru crypto? But pretend you never read this if you don't want to, its fine :) Cheers!

Closed/Sold WTS HF Cobra X Ti

Wanting to sell a Cobra X Ti

I purchased it second hand, unfired this year

In REO days, I was a "hoople" and "button masher" and same applies here

IDK RRP, I paid $850 aud

Asking $300 AUD Australian Dollars (1 AUD = 0.7 usd, 0.66 euro, 0.56 GBP) shipped worldwide by auspost. DHL or similar negotiable

Externally it is a solid 9/10. Only because it has been used, no external physical signs of wear

Internally, the teensy tiny firing mechanism needs tensioning. I had this bork every second or third bottle. The plastic around the lower 510 shows wear signs from attempting to unscrew something that does not unscrew
