CASE CRUMBLES | Losing Logic Behind Flavour Bans | RegWatch

"Health Canada’s case for a ban on flavours in nicotine vaping products appears to be crumbling as evidence mounts regarding its potentially disastrous impact on public health. According to a new report, “The Case for Flavours,” by prominent tobacco harm reduction researcher Dr. Konstantinos Farsalinos, flavour bans effectively equate to a form of prohibition, which would fuel the growth of a massive black market and spur a deadly rise in cigarette smoking. In this episode of RegWatch, hear Dr. Farsalinos discuss his multidimensional review of the use of flavours in nicotine vapes and learn what he recommends regulators should do instead of banning flavours. Only on RegWatch by RegulatorWatch.com. Released: February 12, 2022 Produced by Brent Stafford This episode is part of our “Last Stand” Canada Coverage"

I don't know about you but I quit all lit tobacco products about 3 years ago, and the the flovors that I liked were a big help in quitting. I was smoking some very flavorful cigars and pipe tobacco. I soon found vape flavors I liked even more - And I don't miss the cigars or the pipe. But their agenda seems to be to keep smokers addicted to lit tobacco - Maybe its 'cause they'll die younger and save them money on health care costs, social security, pensions, etc. ???

Boost pro adapter issues ?

Just curious if Geekvape has addressed the issues with the 510 adapter in regards to the Boost pro B100 version ? While it works well with the original 18650 On the new 21700 version it automatically pops off when screwing in certain tanks. While it works well with shorter threaded tanks such as a PNP tank it automatically pops off when threading in Geekvape tanks.

The contact points are different in the 2 mods and I have tried 3 different Geekvape branded adapters with multiple tanks so I know I can’t be the only one who has had this issue.

VANDY VAPE PULSE AIO KIT review by hittman

Here I am again with another review for Sourcemore. This time I was sent the Vandy Vape Pulse AIO kit for review. I don’t have a ton of experience with AIO, BB, etc. I do have a couple of the Boxx kits and a few of the Abyss mods that use boro style tanks and bridges. The Pulse doesn’t really use bridges. It comes with one tank that will allow you to use the VVC series of coils and a second tank that is a DIY RBA tank. The pre-built tank has a capacity of 5ml while the rba tank will hold 3.5ml. The mod can use 21700, 20700, or 18650 batteries with the included adapter. It has an output range of 5-80 watts and has a USB-C charging port but I didn’t see in the specifications where it said what the charging current is. You can even replace buttons and panels to customize your mod. Sounds great right? Let’s see if that holds true.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging for the Pulse is simple but nice. As you can see on the front cover, the Pulse was made in cooperation with Tony B. Once the top cover is lifted you will see the mod, drip tip, tank, spare VVC coil, and 18650 battery adapter. Don’t stop there though. Lift the foam insert and there’s two coils, coil measuring tool, USB-C charging cable, instruction manual, and accessory bag. One thing I was surprised that wasn’t include was some cotton for the coil when you build the Pulse RBA.

On the back of the box is a list of features along with a list of the contents inside. This one really comes with a lot of accessories but for some reason there was no cotton even though coils were included.

upload_2022-2-12_9-26-49.png

upload_2022-2-12_9-27-12.png

I decided to start with the pre-built tank and the .3 ohm coil which is rated for 30-45 watts. I used a liquid that I am very familiar with and thought the flavor production was very good. After running this for a few days I decided to go ahead and build the rba using one of the included coils. The included coils are a really tight 2.5mm and installed read .36 ohms on the display. I had a little difficulty installing the tiny contact coil and wondered why they didn’t instead include a spaced coil that was wider which would have made it much easier to install. There’s room in the deck to build a larger coil which I did after a couple days using one of the included ones. It’s just that with that small contact coil I had to stretch the legs out to get it to reach the openings to tighten down the grub screws. One feature of the rba that I really like is that the airflow adjuster ring unscrews to expose a 510 connection so you can build your coil and test fire it on a standard mod with a 510 connection. The deck is fairly roomy with the curved sides that direct airflow over the coil.

Both tanks have a standard rubber plug that covers the liquid fill hole. The deck for the rba uses flat head screws. Mine were very tight when I went to loosen them and required quite a bit of pressure to loosen them the first time. In the second picture you can see there are four holes which is where the liquid in the tank flows onto the wick. The liquid wells where you tuck the cotton appear to be somewhat deep in the picture but they really aren’t. The tails need to be cut fairly short and fluffed some. At first with the included coil it seemed like it was flooding a little but cleared up with use and has not happened again. The rba tank only goes together one way and I really didn’t see a way to tell which way was the right way except to try it and if it doesn’t go together then flipped it around. One thing I didn’t really care for was that the base doesn’t stay attached to the top portion by itself so you have to hold it together when installing it in the mod.

The other tank for the VVC coils holds more liquid. The coils are a simple push in type. I was thinking that there might be a different coil that might be able to be used but I’m not sure if the VVC coils are interchangeable with another

Now to move on to the mod itself. There is a front panel and a rear panel. The front panel is where you will find the fire button that is exposed and the + and - buttons along with the screen and USB-C charging port sit behind the front panel. This is also where you can see the battery and push on it to remove it from the other side. I opted to use the 18650 battery adapter for testing as I usually don’t but thought I’d see how it fit and all of my 21700 batteries were already being used in other mods. It was a little bit of a tight fit. I felt like the battery polarity could have been marked better in a different color or something since the one I received was the frosted white version.

The display is kind of small but legible. It shows the set wattage, coil resistance, puff counter, and battery level indicator. The button/menu operation for the Pulse is as follows.

- Press the fire button 5 times to turn the mod on/off

- Press the fire button and the + button to lock the adjustment buttons

- Press the fire button 3 times to enter the menu where you can use the + and – buttons to choose Wattage, Voltage, TC SS, TC Ni, TC Ti, or Bypass modes.

- Press the fire and – buttons to rotate the screen

- Press the fire button along with the + and – buttons to turn the display off

- Press the + and – buttons twice to reread the coil and press + or – to select new or old coil

upload_2022-2-12_9-32-34.png

To access the tank or install the battery then simply remove the back cover plate to access these items. Both front and back cover plates fit nice and tight with no rattling on the sample I received. Like other boro devices there is a threaded insert that holds the tank in place once it is inserted and screws in from the top. This fitting is also your 510 tip adapter. I didn’t like the tip that was included in the kit. The o rings were very tight going into the top and really had to push hard to get it in. Included in the kit is a tool that can be used for unscrewing this fitting and with the opposite side you can unscrew the fire button if you wanted to change it.

One nice feature about this device is the gold plated contact screw is actually adjustable if you happen to use a different tank in it that isn’t making a good connection then you can use a screwdriver through the tank opening to adjust the height of the contact as needed.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

I think the Vandy Vape Pulse AIO kit is really a nice kit. The included stock coils work well with the pre-built tank and were very flavorful. I really like that the Pulse rba is included in the kit as well. I feel like there could have been a better choice made on the included coils as they were rather small and a little difficult to install. I think this was the first kit I’ve gotten where coils were included but there wasn’t a cotton thread. Both tanks worked well and I had no leaking whatsoever during my time testing them.

I do think it’s a little odd how the deck on the Pulse rba doesn’t really lock into the top portion of the tank and you have to hold it together when installing it into the mod. I think I mentioned this earlier but the deck only goes in one way so if it doesn’t fit then just turn it around and it will go together. I wouldn’t advice filling the rba before inserting it into the mod.

Although the mod is made of plastic, it feels well-built and the panels are easy on and off due to the slight indent on one end that makes it easy to get a fingernail under to lift the panel. It’s not the fastest firing mod I’ve ever tried but there is no noticeable delay in the firing and have had zero issues with the mod. It is taking me a little getting used to having to lift the panel to make adjustments and being able to see the screen. If I had to pick one thing that bothered me about this one it would be the size. I don’t have large hands and it’s a bit of a struggle to reach around to press the fire button. I think I would have done better with it if the fire button was on the end like on the Boxx.

It is my understanding that you will be able to buy different panels and buttons if you would like to customize the mod. So, would I recommend the Pulse AIO to you? If you like boro style devices and would like to be able to use your choice of stock coils or the rba and would like to try this style of device without spending an arm and a leg then this one would be a good choice. The included tanks are said to be able to fit most boro style devices.

I’d like to thank Sourcemore and Joyi for sending the Vandy Vape Pulse AIO kit for this review. A big thanks to the readers. I know this one got a little long but there was a lot to cover. Below is a link to the website along with a coupon code if you’d like to try one.

Smallest mod for 22 mm atomizers

I’ve been vaping for a few years, and only now I learned that there’s such a thing as tube mods. Those are quite a bit smaller than my eLeaf Pico, so that led me on a search for ultra-compact mods. Does anyone know which is the smallest electronic mod for 22mm vaporizers (I’m not into mechanical mods, I only vape with TC enabled)? In another thread about small mods, there was mention of the Vaporesso Target line. Would these be the smallest with removable 18650s, more or less (Though i don’t care if the mod has an integrated battery or not)? And are they good, especially with TC (I think the current model on Fasttech is the Target 100)?
Suggestions are welcome, especially for lower priced models ;)

Vicious Ant Spade 21700 mech squonk - rare Desert Tan finish

Up for grabs is one of my last Spades I'm letting go. This one has the relatively rare desert tan finish. Mod is in like new condition as evidenced by the pics. Includes one bottle, box, warranty card and 18650 adapter. It kind of hurts to let this one go but #borolyfe doesn't pay for itself.

RRP is $200 and VA charges a flat $50 shipping fee.

My price is $150 shipped. Payment via PP F&F or buyer assumes fees.

Suorin Air Mod Pod Kit Review by Z-Lee

Suorin Air Mod Pod Kit

HeDuvYY.jpg

5LyKBi9.jpg

Hello folks and welcome back to another one of my reviews. Today, we'll be taking a closer look at the Suorin Air Mod Pod Kit. This little gem kind of took me by surprise. It's the first Suorin product I've ever had the pleasure of trying out and I will tell you right off the bat, it exceeded my expectations.

First we'll take a quick peek at the what to expect in the package and a closer look at the device, and then I'll wrap the review up with some thoughts, experiences, and considerations. An overall rating that compares it against other devices with similar features will be posted at the end.

First off, I want to thank @Youmeit-Gina for giving me the opportunity to experience my first Suorin product, and making the overall process of receiving it fairly seamless.

As always, this review will be conducted in a fair and honest manner.

Without further ado, let's dive in.

(Photos can be clicked on to expand them for easier viewing)

The Package:

dkZSjPL.jpg

The contents of the package include:
  • The Suorin Air Mod Kit (which includes the pod cartridge)
  • 0.6 Ohm Mesh Coil (Recommended @ 25-30W)
  • 0.8 Ohm Mesh Coil (Recommended @ 15-18W)
  • USB Type-C Charging Cable
  • User Manual
I think it's great that neither of the coils came pre-installed. When you do receive a kit that has a coil pre-installed, it more or less forces you to use that coil to start off. Say for example, if you're an MTL vaper and the 0.6 Ohm coil comes pre-install, you're more or less forced to start with the 0.6 Ohm coil which is more suited for a Restricted Direct Lung (RDL) style of vaping. So, kudos for that.

As you can see from the pictures, there aren't a whole lot of parts or pieces to this kit which makes it a great starting device for a new vaper, or even a vaper that's moving beyond a disposable or mini-pod device.

Color Options:

M9Je4L8.jpg

From Left to Right:
  • Sunglow Red
  • Gunmetal
  • Rainbow
  • Clear Red
  • Clear Green
  • Clear Blue
  • Black
  • Clear Silver
I received the Sunglow Red colorway shown on the far left, and it's almost sort of pearlescent depending on the angle you view it from. Kind of like you'd expect from a rainbow colorway, but restricted to shades of silver, orange, and red. I think the look is very stylish, but with this type of shiny design, you can expect fingerprints.

A Closer Look:

ust0uag.jpg

Specs:
  • Material: Zinc-Alloy & PCTG
  • Dimensions: 42.6mm * 14.1mm * 99.6mm
  • Battery: 1500 mAh (Internal)
  • Available Power: 5-40W
  • Charging: Type-C (1.0 Amp)
  • Screen: 0.96 Inch TFT
  • Capacity: 3mL / 2mL (TPD)
  • Refill Location: Side Filling
  • Available Coils: 0.6 & 0.8 Ohm
  • Activation Methods: Button Firing & Auto-Draw
  • Ejuice Compatibility: Freebase & Salt Nic (up to 3% or 30 mg/mL would be my suggestion)
The device is composed of a split combination of Zinc-Alloy and PCTG. The plastic portions have a clouded transparent look allowing you to see the inner workings of this pod kit. The aesthetic is meant to portray a cyberpunk theme which I think they did a pretty good job of. On the back you have a view of the mod chip that runs the 0.96 inch UI screen pictured in the bottom right. Listed from top-down, the UI displays: Remaining battery percentage in 25% increments, Wattage, Puff counter, Coil resistance, and a Puff timer.

Although simplistic, I really like the look of the display. The "scrolling dial" appearance of the puff counter adds a very nice touch. As a seasoned vaper, I do appreciate when displays include the Voltage and Amps the mod is using in helping to understand how the mod is behaving, but for the normal every-day user, this information probably doesn't do much more than clutter up the screen.

The Coils:

5ltsQf9.jpg

Top 2 pictures:
0.6 Ohm Mesh Coil (Recommended @ 25-30W in RDL)

Bottom 2 pictures:
0.8 Ohm Mesh Coil (Recommended @ 15-18W in MTL)

If you compare both pictures on the right side, you'll notice that the chimney for the 0.6 Ohm coil has a wider neck along the top which facilitates a greater amount of airflow through the coil. This would be ideal for an RDL-style vape. The skinnier neck on the 0.8 Ohm coil has a more restricted airflow indicating that this coil is more ideal for an MTL experience. The available airflow will be talked about more down below.

It should be noted that the max Wattage useable for the 0.8 Ohm coil is 18W - the device does not go higher than that. I've been vaping this coil at 15W without any issues what-so-ever. The best flavor was achieved at 18W, but I wouldn't recommend chain vaping at this Wattage.

The Battery & Charging:

C5hVo0c.jpg

The Suorin Air Mod packs a whopping 1500 mAh battery which is rather large for a device of this size. I'm not going to say it's tiny per se, but it's quite thin which makes it very pocket-friendly and you're not likely to find a device of this size with a much larger capacity battery.

On the bottom of the device you will find the Type-C charging port. Although this device has a rather large battery, the recharge speed is pretty slow for a Type-C cable. Using an Xtar PB2S charger, I clocked the advertised 1.0 Amp charging speed at 0.8 Amps which is fairly accurate but slow for a battery of this size. You can expect about a 1.5 to 2 hour charge time from a rather empty battery to a completely full battery. On the plus side of this, charging at 1.0 Amp is the healthiest for the lifespan of the battery. Chargers using higher Amps to support QC 3.0 charging speeds for example, cause a lot of excessive heat to the battery which shortens the overall lifespan of the device since these are internal batteries. Sure, they charge super quickly, but you can expect the battery in the device using QC 3.0 charging to last roughly 1/3 of the lifespan in comparison to a device consistently charging at 1.0 Amp.

Button Layout & Auto-Draw:

k4WLvpq.jpg

The first time you remove the pod from the device, you're going to find a free plastic sticker matted down over one of the magnets that holds the pod into the device. Remember to remove this before use. The button layout is fairly standard with the fire button on top and the [+] and [-] adjustment buttons right below it.

Pressing both [+] and [-] will lock and unlock the device from being able to make Wattage adjustments; the device however can still be fired via the fire button or using auto-draw. If you're concerned about the Air Mod firing in your pocket, press the fire button 5 times to turn it off and back on at a later time.

Pressing both [+] and the fire button simultaneously will bring up a screen where it will ask if you'd like to reset the puff counter. I love that there's a confirmation screen. In the past, for fear of resetting the puff counter without a confirmation screen, I've avoided testing the button configurations of various different devices. Almost every company uses different button combinations for shortcuts, and who really wants to dig out their device manual to remind them what button combinations do what? I'll pass.

That's really it. There are no submenus to deal with which makes this pod kit very simple and easy to operate.

wuOH0Au.jpg

The Air Mod is unique in the fact that the "drip tip" (or lack thereof) is built into the corner of the device. It took me a little bit to get used to its location, because in every device I've used in the past, the drip tip has always been centered. Depending on how you position your lips, it's almost like you're about to play a harmonica. Except instead of belting out some horrendously blended and mashed up notes (unless you're legitimately good at it), you're inhaling some great tasting vape. The auto-draw feature detects airflow quite well, and getting the pod kit to activate is easy on the lungs.

Taking a look down into the pod mod, you'll notice 2 spring-loaded brass connector pins, a silver auto-draw detector, a magnet band, and a few open areas that allows air up into the coil through the sliding airflow control shown below.

The Airflow Control:

GMWGUEf.jpg

As noted above, when pushing the airflow control slider up toward the pod, it's as restricted as it can go. I would consider this a loose Mouth to Lung, but you can still feel resistance when drawing vape into the mouth.

When the airflow control slider is pushed all the way down away from the pod, the airflow is as open as the device will allow. I would consider this a nice restricted direct lung vape.

It should be noted that the airflow slider is fairly loose, so make sure you check it before you vape if this is something you're very adamant about.

Priming & Refilling:

5qHTFzr.jpg

Before inserting your chosen coil into the pod, remember to prime it. Above the airflow slot and bottom seal (blue ring) of the coil, you'll see 4 juice ports blocked with cotton wicking. It is my recommendation that you fully saturate each of these 4 juice ports 3-4 times rotating the coil as you do each one. In the top right picture, you'll notice the juice bulging out from each of the juice ports - that means the wick is fully saturated and is no longer absorbing juice. This is ideal before inserting the coil into the pod.

Once the coil is inserted into the pod, flip the blue refill tab open and begin filling. The refill opening is about twice the size of a Gorilla bottle nozzle, so it will likely be quite easy to fit any bottle nozzle into the pod w/out getting juice spitback. I will note that it's quite hard to get the pod "completely" full due to the location of the refill hole, so stop trying after you fail 4-5 times like I did. XD

In the bottom right picture, I added a "Refill Line". I'd keep the juice level filled above this line at all times. I allowed the very first coil I used, which was the 0.6 Ohm coil, down a bit more than this and started getting a burnt taste. I'm not sure if this completely burned the wick so bad that it couldn't wick correctly, but I wasn't able to get rid of the burnt taste no matter what I tried. Onto the 0.8 Ohm coil I went.

My Review Experience and Other Notes:

32iUk4N.jpg

The first coil I tossed into the device was the 0.6 Ohm coil. I vaped it for 184 puffs at 25W before the battery needed to be recharged. During the 2nd battery discharge, I reached 324 puffs before I let the juice get too low and burnt the coil prematurely. I then switched to the 0.8 Ohm coil and ran it until the battery died at 369 puffs.

So, for the 0.6 Ohm coil @ 25W over almost 2 complete battery discharges, you can estimate about 170 puffs @ 25W per full battery drain/discharge.

From 369 puffs until 871, I ran the battery dry twice, averaging roughly 251 puffs per complete discharge using the 0.8 Ohm coil at 15W.

I'm now over 1000 puffs using the 0.8 Ohm coil and it's still going fairly strong. I will say being an RDL vaper, the 0.6 Ohm coil put out better flavor using an RDL configuration than the 0.8. However, if you're an MTL vaper and you know what to expect, I think the flavor of the 0.8 Ohm coil is pretty good for a loose MTL. Vaping the 0.8 Ohm coil as an RDL with the airflow all the way closed, yielded semi-close results to the 0.6 Ohm coil fully open. Overall, the Suorin Air Mod does a pretty good job of delivering quality flavor, and you gotta love the battery life on such a small device.

Pros
  • Very simple to assemble/use
  • Very thin and pocket-friendly
  • The style is original and unique
  • Solid build quality
  • Pod magnets are very strong and snappy
  • The colorways look great
  • Cool cyberpunk aesthetic
  • Love the display
  • Auto-Draw works very well
  • No spit back
  • Coils last a while (if you keep the juice above the refill line)
  • 1500 mAh battery
  • Good flavor delivery
  • No leaks other than from user error

Cons
  • Hard to utilize all 3mL of tank size due to refill hole positioning & refill line
  • Long recharge

Preference Considerations
  • Fairly small range of airflow options
  • Not a stealth vape - puts out a healthy amount of clouds no matter the configuration
  • Fingerprint magnet
  • 2 coil resistance options
  • Loose airflow control slider

Overall Rating:

Compared to other mini-pod devices: 8.5-9
Compared to all devices: 8

► Wotofo Recurve V2 RDA; First impressions:
I have been using the original Wotofo Recurve for quite some time and have always felt that in its class it was one of the best RDAs available on the market. However Mike Vapes and Wotofo were not idle and developed the new V2 project with the intent of improving a product that was already very good.

At a first visual examination it is noted that the accentuated sinuous and sexy shape of the outer jacket has disappeared to give way to a soft connection between the top of the shirt and the Drip Tip, the design appears more classic than the previous "Recurve" even if less quaint and personal. The reason for these changes, according to Mike, is not only "aesthetic" but was aimed at obtaining an optimal volume of the internal chamber and to this contribute three rows of external airflow and two internal dome-shaped adapters with the design of the honeycomb holes. bee to be installed above the deck.

The PEEK flow adapters are positioned in a precise and stable way on the Deck so as to make the construction seem as one, in the image below we can see the internal conformation of the chamber with the swivel top-cap at the top to regulate the flow of the 3 external buttonholes. At the bottom of the deck there are two notches that serve as stops for the rotation of the outer jacket. Above and below the cross screws for tightening the coils, there are two sealing o'ring between deck and jacket. The tightness of e-liquid leakage is guaranteed by these 2 o'ring, however my sample suffers from an excessive ease of removal of the deck compared to the upper part, certainly Wotofo will solve the problem in the marketing phase by inserting thick O'ring greater.

Wotofo-Recurve-V2-RDA-7.jpg

The tank can be completely dismantled for deep cleaning operations and has a good supply of spare part's, including the two different adapters in white German PEEK. The construction materials are robust and the touch sensations are good.

Wotofo-Recurve-V2-RDA-8.jpg

On the bottom we find the name of Mike Vapes engraved, the logos and the legal marks, on the 510 thread it is possible to install two gold-plated contact pins, one is specific for Dripping and the other (the perforated one) is for the Squonk.

The new ultra-flat Postless Deck is slightly convex towards the center to maintain a reserve of e-liquid below the resistance. The buttonholes that contain the cotton are well sized to favor the use of rather large coils. The two poles of the positive are insulated in Peek and near the outer circumference there are two round holes to house the feet of the additional air diffusion domes.

Wotofo-Recurve-V2-RDA-9.jpg

The deck can accommodate either a single coil with a diameter up to 5mm or two 3mm coils. In addition to the various coils, the kit includes everything needed to build; cotton laces, Allen key, screwdriver, and Toolkit (metal pole) to fix and orient the different resistances on the deck.

Wotofo-Recurve-V2-RDA-10.jpg

Wotofo-Recurve-V2-RDA-11.jpg

► Wotofo Recurve V2 RDA; Build:
To regenerate the V2 it is necessary to cut the coil legs to a size of about 5-6mm, for this reason you need the cutting calibration tool that is not present in the package, so I used one I own. Once the lateral cross screws have been loosened, it is easy to position the resistors with the help of the Tool (metal pole) which has two different diameters of 5mm and 3mm. The ends of the cotton must be cut rather short so that they touch the bottom of the respective containment slots, I also recommend thinning the cotton so that its ability to absorb liquids and to convey them constantly towards the resistance has no obstacles. Now that the build is complete you need to choose the right air diffusion dome. Wotofo recommends using the one with the largest central hole (Ø12mm) for dual coil builds and the one with the smallest central hole (Ø9mm) for the single coil build.

I think that Mike and Wotofo have devoted a lot of energy to the study of the internal volumes of this RDA, I was struck by the different internal conformation of the two domes, the one for dual coil has a wide and deep internal conformation that recalls a "jockey cap" design while the dome for single coil has a narrower internal conformation and more adherent to the heating element.

Wotofo-Recurve-V2-RDA-12.jpg

► Wotofo Recurve V2 RDA; Adjustable AFC:
The honeycomb design of the 30 holes on the internal domes is partialized simply by rotating the Top-Cap through three slots on the external jacket. The first slot at the bottom remains fixed, always leaving 5 holes open on each side (total 10 open holes) which hit the coil laterally and at the bottom. While the two upper slots are able to select one hole at a time, as the image below shows us.

Wotofo-Recurve-V2-RDA-13.jpg

► Wotofo Recurve V2 RDA; Dripper & BF:
A very important factor when choosing a new RDA is the size; Wotofo Recurve V2 RDA, with an external diameter of 24.6mm, is adaptable without protrusions to the majority of traditional BF Mods and Mods on the market. To remain in the large Wotofo family, I am attaching the images of the good combination with the small M-Dura and with the particular Mod BF Profile for the Squonk ...

Wotofo-Recurve-V2-RDA-14.jpg

Wotofo-Recurve-V2-RDA-15.jpg

► Wotofo Recurve V2 RDA; Vaping test and final conclusions:
Apart from a small problem of not very tenacious interlocking between Deck and top, I really believe that Mike and Wotofo with the V2 RDA have achieved the perfect balance between the size of the chamber and the distribution of the air flow through the two additional domes. In particular I liked the Single-coil configuration, the huge Ø5mm diameter Fused Clapton Coil with a resistive value of only 0.6Ø surprised me by how well it is able to feed well with really high powers and without "dry hits" . I started with the lowest power recommended by Wotofo; 65W. With this configuration, the coil is not lightning-fast in activating, but immediately afterwards it releases a large amount of soft and tasty vapor. The puff is concentrated even with all AFCs open, pleasantly free but not too much! Starting to choke the holes in the first row at the top, the concentration of steam and heat increase as Hit production increases, I immediately thought that Mike and Wotofo have succeeded in their feat in a fantastic way. I also used the wider dome for this configuration which is the one for the dual coil build, I got a more open and free but less concentrated Puff, so I think the ideal setting is just the one previously recommended by Mike & Wotofo.

If you are a DL / RDL vape enthusiast who wants to live a rich and tasty experience, the Wotofo Recurve V2 RDA improves the excellent performance already achieved with the original Recurve RDA, so I absolutely recommend it.

Thanks to Wotofo for sending me the sample for the review.

VG - Are they all safe for mixing or do some pose a health risk?

When my Liquid Barn supply ran out I simply bought some pure high-grade 100% natural vegetable glycerin in a dark brown glass bottle from my local health food store.

It is the same stuff right?

I need to know if this was a bad assumption on my part as I'm now experiencing some lung issues that may or may not have been attributed to this... thanks.

General vaping advise

Hi all,
I have recently make the change from smoking to vaping and I’m having a bit of trouble with getting good flavour from my vape. I have the innokin Coolfire z80.

My question is, can I use a 0.8 ohm coil with 70/30 juice as a MTL setup? I’m not really a fan of DTL (yet) and my flavour seems to disappear really quickly.

many thanks
