I am quite new to vaping. I am not an ex smoker trying to quit. I did smoke many, many years ago and saw no reason to consider vaping, but after reading an article on nicotine in Scientific America and a few more on the same subject elsewhere, I began to look into vaping as a delivery system for nicotine. I had been looking into medications for some of the properties that nicotine provides. I had not considered pleasure as a factor, I merely wanted to see if it would work in my small bag of medications. I showed my medical specialist my research, and he agreed that it might be worth trying. He is a psychopharmacologist and had been treating me for pain when all the pain medications disappeared for reasons that seemed to have little to do with science. The journey so far has been positive, and I have discovered a few of the pleasures involved in vaping. I have many questions still, but see a new technology emerging as research and technology continue to advance, and would like to be part of the conversation that is growing with it.

The air mod is a great experience with all the boxes ticked, however, about a month after purchasing the Suorin air mod the display light quit. The software continues to work, however, I have no idea where I am, especially, after changing coils. Is there some way of resetting the display with the control buttons, or a downloadable software upgrade?

I'm mostly MTL now so I don't really think I'll use a lot of these. A lot of stuff is quite hard to find and very lightly used. All used stuff has been cleaned thoroughly and ran through the ultrasonic.

Good day all,

First off I would like to thank this community for its great service. I have read various helpful threads here and thus decided to join the forum in search of perfecting the elusive DIY mixology game.

I know this is not the board to post these questions, however i will keep it short for now until I find the correct boards.

After recently(1 month) acquiring a vast amount(287) of flavours from an ex DIY vaper and retailers, I have been fiddling with recipes from various platforms, ELR, ATF, 99Juices etc. with very little success. I wont even get started on my own concoctions which seem great in my mind but always fail me.

Out of approximately 60 test samples I have around 5-6 final juices which are vapeable and tasty, some are still steeping which I believe are going to be promising. Oddly enough the Desert/bakery range has been easier for me to replicate, but I can not for the life of me mix a decent fruity juice, be it SNV or even steeped for a week or so. With most of my juices the smell is exceptional yet the taste is bland, muted or downright horrific.

Nonetheless I know this is the right community and any lead in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to getting to know you all and becoming a staple in this amazing place you guys and gals call home.

I recently put affnix banana ice (20mg) in my smok novo 4. I had put in a new coil the night before.

However, it was less than 1000 hits before the whole juice and the coil went black, weirdly the amount of juice in the pod had also increased slightly since the last time I had checked it and it had been in my pocket the whole time. But despite all this it didn’t taste burnt.

Hi guys! First post on here but wanted to ask something. So I use an Aegis X mod with the Cerberus tank, I use 18mg E-Liquid from onepoundeliquid.com. I also use 0.4ohm supermesh coils, is this "bad" using the strength of liquid I use for this mod and coils? I've been vaping this for around 2 years now since quitting smoking.
