I am several pages behind so don't know what has been posted, but just wanted to say "shake it off"! There are trolls everywhere and don't take it personally. You should have seen the slams to me when I hosted the NETty (naturally extracted tobacco) Awards thread! Hoo man, it was not pretty! So don't take it to heart, you won, you deserve to win, and jealousy is a green evil monster! I am happy for you and every one else who won. Am I jealous? In a way, but I am not blaming you or any of the other winners! Just my own dang burn luck. Enjoy your prize and hooty on the naysayers.
Thanks

Do you have the iSub tank?
Not yet. I don't have a mod that could handle the sub ohm. I Kinda take care of my 79 yr old mom (We actually kinda take care of each other) ;) so I do a lot of internet search/reading and had been checking out the buzz about the Disrupters and looking at the tanks and all about sub ohms when i saw/heard about this contest ;)

Everyone on ECF is a winner regardless of a prize involved. 20 years ago ask me where I could find 200K plus ex smokers and I would have died laughing, today I can just refer to ECF!:thumb:

Moral of this very short story....all are winners!!!

You just have to adjust according to your symptoms. Too much nic was no fun for me. I was all jittery all the time and my heart felt like it was gonna explode. So I had to lower it to get it back down to where I like it. You might get sleepy at first, but you adjust pretty quickly.
So glad you mentioned the sleepy part... I get way sleepy at times when I'm strictly vaping.

As opposed to vaping and smoking you mean?
Yes, im dual sometimes and solely vaping at times. But i noticed I get really sleepy the days I only vape. I yawn constantly. I also think I don't take deep enough breaths when only vaping and maybe that's why yawn. Wish I could kick them permanently but im doing better than I was I'm down to a few packs a week. And in vaping everyday vs once every few months. It's taken some time to find the right everything.

Nic delivery is slower and not as efficient with vaping. In cigs, there are all those chemicals that help it along in your system to get you buzzed faster. If you want, you could try upping your nic just a tad (not enough to make you jittery), or just chainvape all you want and weather through the sleepiness - eventually (like within a couple of weeks), your body adapts and you stop getting sleepy. But it sounds like you're on your way!
